Digital Transformation Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Manage both internal resources (onshore or offshore resources) and 3rd party vendors for smooth delivery of projects
Responsible for managing teams at cross country level, this includes business & technical teams (Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Teams, UX/UI Designers, Testers)
Able to manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implementation projects
Lead and manage the team to complete release planning and transition to BAU for implementation projects
Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage project changes such as scope, schedule and costs
Proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation plans
Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
Support pre-sales activities from proposal construction to presentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting
Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
Strong technical background and project management skill
Strong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile
Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects
Excellent client facing and communication skills
Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and global business units
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
Comfortable dealing with 3rd party vendor
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
Certification on Project Management will be an advantage

Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Mural and etc.

Application Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Designing, building, creating, analysing, and maintaining cloud systems
Responsible for the supervision of project’s cloud computing system
Work on cloud application designs, cloud approval plans, and systems required to manage cloud storage
Support for application architecture and deployment in cloud environments
Provide Integration architecture, solution architecture and system design.
Work closely with Project managers to ensure project delivery as decided at the start of the sprint.
Ensure cadence to the technical governance provided by Lead Architect group.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Cloud application experience
Solid experience in cloud native solution / microservices architecture design & development is a must
Hands on cloud application experience in GCP/ AWS/ Azure/ PCF
Familiar with DevOps tooling, such as Ansible and Jenkins
Experience in Tencent, Ali and Huawei Cloud would be a plus
Has strong knowledge and hands on experience on platform (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux) and basic database (both SQL / NoSQL) technologies
Has good understanding in Agile software development framework e.g. Scrum
Good Problem Solving skill and commercial/engagement support sense
Able to perform required tasks with minimal supervision
Good command of written and spoke English & Cantonese, with strong communication skills to work with partners globally

Cloud Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to design, develop, test, and deploy software systems and applications.
Develop and implement DevOps processes, practices, and tools to improve the speed, quality, and reliability of software deliverables.
Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of software systems and applications by implementing best practices and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver software systems and applications that meet business needs.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies and recommend improvements to software systems and applications.
Knowledgeable in DevOps and Authorization, like OAuth implementation.
Familiar with MySQL, including SQL writing, database knowledge like table structure, keys, index.
Familiar with Cloud development; AWS/ Azure / GCP is preferable

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role, with experience in leading teams.
Strong background in software development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
Solid hands on experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitOps, Helm, AWS, Azure, Bash, Python
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
