Requirements
Final year student nurses (2025 Graduates) undertaking a pre-registration nursing program recognized by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong in a local university or nursing school
Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
Demonstrated dedication and commitment to the nursing profession
Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
Additional Information
This is a Full Time job
Nurse Trainee will be converted to Registered Nurse subject to successful registration as Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and satisfactory working performance
Senior Security Supervisor 高級保安督導
Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of car park, facilities and security management services.
In case of any emergency, go to scene to investigate and deal with the incident immediately to ensure the hospital and patient interest;
To submit Incident Report with investigatory details together with recommendations for future prevention (if any) should be prepared to Hospital on daily basis, not limit to Blackout, Lift breakdown, theft and burglar, fire or fire alarm both false or actual alert, Water damage or flooding by burst or blockage of pipework, bomb threat, intrusion of Unauthorized visitor or special event etc)
To Ensure the security team operation in accordance to the Standard Operation Process, Quality Standard Procedure, Working Instructions for providing adequate supervision of security officers and guards if necessary;
To submit next month’s Duty Roster of security and carpark team
To plan for Typhoon & Rainstorm Precaution and Emergency Standby Team for maintaining sufficient manpower and Hospital services
To handle crowd control and event management as some Event, Patient Party and Conference held at hospital;
To provide drill and training of fire safety, environmental protection, crisis management, Health & Safety management for security team.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) issued under the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance(Chapter 460 of the laws of Hong Kong) & QAS
Minimum education standard F.5
At least 6 year’s working experience in supervisor level in security industry;
Able to compile Incident Report in Chinese and English
Good command of English and Mandarin
Possess good computer office administration Skills
Responsible for daily operation of carpark, facilities and security management services

Responsible for fire safety, environmental protection, crisis management, Health & Safety management
Strong coordination, interpersonal and people management skills

Job Responsibilities
Perform administrative & clerical duties
Provide assistance to each department in support of all relevant works and activities
Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings
Handle phone enquiries

Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order
Support senior staff to handle requests and queries independently

Requirements
A Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline is preferred
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, prior work experience in hospital industry is preferable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player
Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded
Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated
Executive Assistant (Plant Operations Department)
Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative service to department or upper management in support of all relevant works and activities
Manage calendars, organize meetings, welcome visitors, accept phone calls, take messages and take care of travel arrangements for senior managers
Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order
Work with upper management on prioritized clerical tasks and correspondence, allowing senior managers to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities
Serve as a link between senior managers and junior staff, and contribute to better organization and planning
Be as a role model for junior administrative staff and train up junior staff at some circumstance
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
An Associate Degree or Degree in any discipline
Minimum 6 years of proven experience as administrative support, previous experience in hospital industry is an advantage
Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, , independent and self-motivated
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Professional level verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
