工作範疇

  • 測量體溫、呼吸、脈膊、血壓、體重,口頭及書寫報告

  • 驗常規小便

  • 病人入院時提供簡介包括介紹環境及設施、使用叫人鐘及點餐

  • 扶抱/抬動病人、病人臥式及體位、失禁病人料理

  • 整理床舗

  • 協助病人排泄 (給予便盆、便壺及便椅)、沐浴/ 淋浴及床上浴、日常梳洗、餵飼、口腔料理

  • 尿道管護理:尿道口清潔、清空尿袋及量小便

  • 記錄出入量

資歷

  • 中五或以上程度

  • 持有「健康服務助理」或「醫護支援人員(臨床病人服務)」或「保健員」證書課程

  • 具相關工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 具中、英文理解能力;能操流利粵語、簡單英文及普通話

  • 需輪班工作


醫院服務員 (專科門診)

工作範疇

  • 清潔範圍: 專科門診

  • 整理及更換病房之布草、圍簾、浴簾、窗簾、制服

  • 執行定期清潔,包括風口、牆身、地面清潔打蠟、雲石清潔拋光、地氈梳化抽洗

  • 收集各類廢物,包括一般都市廢物、醫療廢物、化學廢物、放射性廢物、機密廢物及回收等廢物

  • 提供院內及院外之運送服務,包括化驗樣本、派送文件、藥物及血液; 運送病人到病房和各部門、搬運物件及運送遺體

  • 整理、收發、出洗及修補醫院布草及制服

  • 執行其他指派或特發性的工作

資歷

  • 小六或以上程度

  • 能操流利粵語、書寫中文、閱讀及理解簡單英文

  • 需體力勞動及輪班工作

  • 待人有禮、自律、服從性高、刻苦耐勞

Administrative Assistant (Bed Management Unit)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative & clerical duties

  • Provide assistance to each department in support of all relevant works and activities

  • Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings

  • Handle phone enquiries and bed bookings

  • Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents

  • Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order

  • Support senior Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants or senior staff to handle requests and enquires from senior managers

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors

  • 5 working days per week

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline is preferred

  • Fresh graduate applicants are welcomed; 1-2 years of work experience would be a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player

  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded

  • Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated


Senior Manager of Material Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing, procurement and warehousing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure suppliers meet company standard

  • Explore new materials, suppliers and channels to uphold optimal quality and pricing  

  • Evaluate and improve department policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and provide insights to senior management with prompt mitigation strategies/actions

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making to improve department operations

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for routine operations and ad hoc assignments

  • Ensure department activities comply with relevant laws, codes, regulations, and company/group policies

  • Act as the key focal point with the group for any relevant matters

Requirement

  • Degree in logistics or supply chain management, or a related discipline

  • At least 18 years of experience in procurement and warehouse operations, including not less than 8 years at supervisory level.  Previous experience in healthcare/hospital is desirable

  • Well-versed in the latest supply chain technology and automation development

  • Pro-active and good team-player

Job Responsibilities

•    Support and ensure smooth operation of the PSCC services and safe care to patients
•    Ensure good patient care and implement safety work for maintaining safe practice
•    Provide good and accurate documentation related to medical record
•    Provide health care education to patients and their relatives
•    Follow hospital policy and international standard to implement infection control measures
•    Follow the rules and guidelines on occupational safety and health laid down by hospital
•    Maintain good communication with doctors, patients and relatives
•    Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

•    Preferably with Degree in Nursing
•    Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
•    Clinical and technical competency
•    Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, knowledge of current trends in nursing practice
•    Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•    Good customer service skills
•    Good interpersonal skills
