RETAIL MANAGER (SODA MALL)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager to lead the transformation project of the brand retail operations

  • Manage, coach and develop team members to deliver excellent shopping experience and achieve the determined targets

  • Drive people analytics & transformation strategy and roadmap

  • Develop, implement and evaluate marketing policies, procedures and strategies, report to Board/ Management on timely basis

  • Ensure the excellence of CRM and comfort store environment are in place

  • Sustain and promote the culture of company’s brand internally and externally

  • Take lead to develop seasonal marketing/ promotion events program, drive the team members to execute in-store displays, special events and marketing collaterals 

Requirements:

  • Strong Retail operations & business development experience in retail chain store / FMCG industry

  • At least 5 years demonstrated success in a business leader role

  • Familiar with the market and products in retail trade / FMCG industry, preferably with solid experience gained from those mega chain stores

  • Strong retention and relationship management ability with established connection across the retail trade / FMCG industry

  • Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills with energetic, passionate and innovative character

  • Strong self-starter who excels in fast-paced, start-up type environments, good  problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.

SENIOR LEASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects

  • Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents

  • Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc

  • Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Survey/ Property Management/ Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 4 years’ relevant experience in property leasing

  • Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense

  • Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

LEASING OFFICER / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER (KD/L&BD-L/072024)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle leasing administration works and tenancy matters

  • Conduct marketing research, analyze data and compile various reports

  • Handle leasing enquiries from tenants and property agencies

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • With relevant experience in residential leasing or property management is preferred

  • Familiar with property industry in Hong Kong

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure

  • Sound PC skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua

  • Outdoor work is required

  • Without relevant experience but passionate will also be considered.

MARKETING OFFICER/ SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER (SHOPPING MALL - MONG KOK)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing and implementation of all promotional and advertising activities of shopping mall

  • Enhance tenants’ participation rate of in-mall promotional campaigns and maintain good relationship with existing and prospective tenants

  • Maintain and optimize the effectiveness of existing customer loyalty programs

  • Copy-write and edit marketing and promotion collaterals e.g. press release, advertising materials and social media marketing collaterals, etc.

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo) as well as their content calendar

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties e.g. management office, technical team, media, agencies, etc.

  • Increase passenger flow and boost brand awareness by exploring joint-promotion opportunities, developing social media strategy, increasing media coverage, sourcing various premiums, etc.

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related disciplines

  • 2 years’ relevant experience in promotion, digital marketing or public relations in shopping malls or PR/Event Management agencies

  • Excellent relationship with media, agencies, production houses and the community

  • Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)

  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and target-oriented

  • Creative with good writing skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Work on weekends or public holiday is required

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Promotion Officer

IT INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Administer LAN & WAN, system configuration and involve in implementation of VPN, SD-WAN or MPLS

  • Administer Firewall & Routers 

  • Manage data center and ensure the smoothness of network operations

  • Setup and administer VMware, Nutanix, AD, Exchange Server, File Server, Linux, End-points control, XDR etc.

  • Design, plan, execute and document IT assignments

  • Provide technical support for PC/LAN, MS Exchange/Outlook in HK and PRC regions

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer-related discipline

  • Knowledge / Skills: Hands on technical knowledge in Active Directory, MS SQL,  CISCO IOS, VMware, Linux, Firewall, MS Exchange, Server backup, SD-WAN or MPLS, VPN and SAN

  • Certified in CCNA, MCSE or other related professional qualifications is preferable

  • Initiative, results-oriented with a ‘Can Do’ attitude

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure.

  • Solid experience in rolling out IT infrastructure solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise network topologies, protocols and technologies. Experience in Azure cloud platform is an added advantage.

  • Strong vendor management and problem solving skills
