Manager, Professional Services / Consulting Project Management
Description and Requirements
Manage the project for custom solutions in Asset Management System/ Facilities Management System or other sustainability platform
Plan according to difference phase within the development cycle with waterfall/agile including but not limited to unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts and system configurations.
Provide insight and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate relevant systems with third-party software platforms.
Participate in design and code reviews to enforce quality standards and architecture guidelines.
Create comprehensive technical documentation covering system customizations, configurations, and API interfaces.
Evaluate system version upgrades, migrations, and system validation workflows within defined SLAs.
(Senior) System Specialist
The Job:
Documentation Support: Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents, project inventory, operational manuals, and configuration checklists.
Hardware Deployment: Assist with hardware installation, racking / stacking, cabling, and basic physical health checks in data centers or staging environments.
Daily Operations: Support delivery teams with routine infrastructure monitoring, daily health checks, vendor management and basic log gathering for troubleshooting.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Handle flexible ad-hoc infrastructure tasks assigned by both the Database / Middleware and Platform teams.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to various client sites and data centers across Hong Kong.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to support occasional non-office hour operations (e.g., scheduled deployment or maintenance windows).
The Person:
Education: Higher Diploma from VTC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, System Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in IT support is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows / Linux), general networking concepts, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Soft Skills: Hardworking, punctual, proactive, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
Solution Sales Specialist – Strategic Accounts [LPS]
The Role:
This is an early career sales hunter role designed for individuals with 0–2 years of experience in technology sales. We are not looking for order-takers; we are looking for future sales leaders. You will be on the front lines, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and learning how to sell complex IT solutions to commercial, healthcare, education and FSI clients. If you are eager to learn, hungry to earn, and want to build a career in a fast-paced environment, this is your starting point.
You will:
Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new sales opportunities within the commercial, healthcare, education and FSI sectors through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
Support the Sales Cycle: Assist senior Sales Managers in qualifying leads, responding to tenders (RFPs/RFQs), and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Learn the Tech: Develop a foundational understanding of LPS’s core offerings (AI, Cloud, Data Practice, System Integration) to articulate value propositions to potential clients.
Build Relationships: Shadow senior team members in client meetings to learn how to build strategic relationships with technical and business leaders.
Drive Revenue: Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, deals closed) to contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
Coordinate Internally: Collaborate with the Technology Solution Group and bid teams to ensure accurate submission of proposals and seamless handover of won deals.
You bring:
Education: University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (internships included). Experience in technology, IT services, or consulting is a plus, but a strong sales aptitude is essential.
