Description and Requirements
You will
To monitor and report on Service Levels
To conduct regular review on Service Level Agreement with related teams
To conduct regular review on the Service Level Target
To prepare monthly performance report on Service Level
To assist management on Service Level related issue
You bring
Higher Diploma or Diploma in any discipline related to Information Technology / Computer or equivalent
No working experience is required
Knowledge and experience in IT service and familiar with IT governance will be an advantage
Good practical experiences in using MS Offices such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Technical Support Officer II
Description and Requirements:
To control and operate sound and audio/video equipment in performing venues
To ensure best sound mixing, reinforcement and recording results
To support technical team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for the sound and audio/video equipment
To liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth run in the performance
