[LPS] Associate Engineer / Assistant Engineer

The Job:

  • The candidate will report to the Services Delivery Manager for technical design, system implementation of extra low voltage (ELV) systems such as Public Address System, Audio Visual (AV) System, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system, Trunk Mobile Radio System, Access Control System, Cabling etc.

  • Plan & install the works for various ELV projects

  • Manage the work progress, including design submissions, factory inspections, site work co-ordinations and supervisions, testing and commissioning activities, defect rectifications and as-built drawings preparation

  • Assist in the coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure that interfaces and works programme are achieved

  • Overtime work might require

  • Work in Hong Kong International Airport and other areas at Hong Kong

The Person:

  • High Diploma in Electronic or IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • At leave 5 years ELV systems working experience (with 3 years hands on installation works and 2 years planning / supervisory role) for Associate Engineer; 3 years ELV systems working experience for Assistant Engineer

  • Good documentation and writing skills

  • Green Card and Construction Worker Registration Card are essential

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have valid HK Type 1 & Type 2 driving license is an advantage

  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome


Project Engineer (AA Environment)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support infrastructure and network-related projects within a large-scale, mission-critical airport environment.

The role focuses on hands-on network implementation, infrastructure integration, and structured project delivery. The candidate should possess solid networking fundamentals, with exposure to system environments and willingness to develop automation capability.

The Job:

  • Network Project Implementation (Primary Focus)

  • Support implementation of enterprise network projects (LAN / WAN / Firewall / Wireless)

  • Perform switch, router, and firewall configuration and deployment

  • Assist in VLAN setup, routing configuration, and network segmentation

  • Support firewall policy deployment and access control implementation

  • Conduct testing, validation, and service cutover activities

  • Prepare implementation plan, MOP, and rollback procedures

  • Infrastructure & System Integration

  • Support server and system connectivity integration

  • Assist in virtualization or enterprise system environments

  • Work closely with system and security teams during project delivery

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards

  • Automation & Standardization (Plus)

  • Assist in configuration templating and batch deployment

  • Support development of simple automation scripts (Python / PowerShell preferred)

  • Help maintain configuration repository for recovery and audit purposes

  • Improve efficiency of repetitive configuration tasks

The Person:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT / Engineering or related discipline

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise network implementation

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, routing fundamentals

  • Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and firewalls (multi-vendor environment preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of network security concepts (ACL, NAT, segmentation)

  • Good documentation and structured working approach

 Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux server environment

  • Exposure to virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

  • Experience with scripting (Python / PowerShell)

  • PMP knowledge or certification is an advantage

Senior Network Engineer (AA Environment)

Summary

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the airport’s mission-critical network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and security of network services. This role provides technical expertise in troubleshooting, implementation, and design review to support both daily operations and project delivery.

The Job:

  • Provide daily support for enterprise network infrastructure

  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents and critical issues

  • Implement network changes including switching, routing, VLAN, and ACL configurations

  • Ensure all changes follow internal procedures and change management processes

  • Support firewall policy implementation and network security enforcement

  • Review network design and provide technical recommendations to ensure stability and scalability

  • Identify risks and prevent potential impact to the production environment

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for troubleshooting and implementation

  • Support project deployment and network-related activities

  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering

  • Experience in large-scale or mission-critical environments preferred

  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching

  • Familiar with network security concepts (ACLs, firewall policies)

  • Experience with enterprise network platforms and multi-vendor environments

  • CCNP is must / CCIE or equivalent certification preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a critical operational environment

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Willing to participate in on-call support or after-hours activities when required
