Technical Support Officer I
Description and Requirements:
Carry out operations & maintenance services for HF, VHF, Microwave and T1/E1 systems in radio stations
Liaise with client for engineering issue and provide solutions
Maintain the maintenance record for preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment
42.5 working hours per week, required to work 24-hours rota shift duty and emergency callout
Technical Officer, Broadcast
Description and Requirements:
Specializes in operation/maintenance of broadcast radio/television/transmission of broadcast equipment.
Provide 24 hours 7 days operation/maintenance service to customer.
Provide operation/support service for outdoor broadcast events.
Implement enhancement/renovation/replacement project for customer to improve the broadcast service to public.
Document the work done and change.
Assist planning on daily schedule of work.
Technical Support Officer II
Description and Requirements
The incumbent directly reports to E/AE and is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on designated equipment and sub-systems, as well as managing daily operations.
In addition to these primary duties, the incumbent is also responsible for:
Participating in technical projects, which may involve the installation and integration of equipment/network systems.
Assisting in the establishment of maintenance procedures.
Supporting E/AE in managing the inventory of equipment and spare parts.
Resolving technical issues and suggesting minor modifications to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Performing first-line service recovery and post-recovery tasks related to fault identification and clearance to ensure uninterrupted service.
Undertaking round-the-clock shift duties as required.
