Company Secretarial Associate
Duties:
Arrange logistic for board and shareholders’ meetings
Provide company secretarial support to HK, BVI and Cayman companies and its subsidiaries
Support on ad hoc projects
To provide secretarial and administrative support to senior members of the team
Assist in the preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars
To handle vendor management process as well as invoice settlement
Requirements:
Degree holder in related discipline
With relevant experience in Company Secretarial or has studied in relevant subjects
1-2 years working experience in office administration or other related fields in sizable / multinational firm
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
Patient, attentive to details and well-organized

Strategic Finance Analyst (Campus Recruiting Program)
Key Responsibilities:

[LPS] Systems Analyst
The Job
Engage with academic, administrative, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to admissions, academic records, curriculum, student financials, and related modules.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work collaboratively with developers, architects, and QA teams.
Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and target system capabilities.
Support the design and validation of business processes, configuration options, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, defect tracking, and resolution.
Provide input to data migration planning, integration specifications, and end-user documentation.
Participate in change management activities, training sessions, and post-go-live support as needed.
The Person
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting, preferably in the higher education or public sector domain.
Hands-on experience with student information systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Banner will be an advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of academic structures, student lifecycle processes, and institutional reporting requirements.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and project management practices.
Proficiency in writing business and functional requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis reports.
Comfortable working with tools such as SQL, Excel, JIRA, and collaboration platforms.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in ERP/SIS upgrade or implementation projects.

[LPS] Analyst Programmer
The Job:
Participate in application development, enhancement, and maintenance activities
Assist in the design and development of system interfaces, reports, and forms based on business requirements
Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support defect resolution
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, test scripts, and deployment procedures
Work collaboratively with business analysts, system architects, and end-users to deliver quality solutions
Support data migration, validation, and post-deployment reviews as part of system rollout activities.
The Person
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development or system implementation.
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL/PLSQL (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL).
Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or scripting languages.
Understanding of system integration, APIs, and data transformation.
Familiarity with development lifecycle tools such as version control and issue tracking systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with enterprise applications in domains such as student information systems, HRMS, or financial systems
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and PeopleTools will be an advantage
Exposure to cloud platforms and middleware tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OIC) is a plus
