Chief of Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Coordination
Plan, organize, and facilitate leadership team meetings, including critical executive reviews and decision-making sessions.Performance Monitoring
Collaborate with leadership to deliver, track, and communicate progress toward key strategic goals, ensuring accountability and alignment.Transition and M&A Leadership
Oversee and lead transition activities related to strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures.Communication and Relationship Building

Position Requirements:
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with expertise in cloud, software, services, or solutions preferred.Professional Experience
10+ years of experience leading complex, global technology or business initiatives, ideally within a service-centric or delivery-oriented environment.
Proven ability to navigate and succeed in a matrixed organizational structure.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Expertise in leveraging data, experience, and strategic insights to shape actionable solutions amidst ambiguity.Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

The Person:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minium of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in leading IT infrastructure delivery team to deliver managed infrastructure services to enterprises or customers with at least 1,000+ users
Knowledge and certifications in IT service management such as ITIL are highly desirable
Strong leadership competence with experience in leading large infrastructure delivery team to deliver both projects and 24x7 ongoing IT operations for large enterprises and organizations
Positive attitude, fast-learning, and energetic, with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead local and overseas delivery team to work under pressure and manage critical systems changes and resolve incidents

Talent Acquisition Specialist - In this role, you will be supporting recruitment for a pivotal business unit in Hong Kong. Collaborating closely with line managers, this role requires crafting and executing strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You Will:
Develop the hiring strategies for recruitment openings
Manage the recruitment life cycle ranging from job description design, candidate sourcing, interview and selection, to offer making and on-boarding procedures
Nurture great network with past applicants and potential hires, create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
Creatively develop and expand the existing recruitment channels to reach out potential candidates who might not be active job seekers
Work closely with the line managers to grasp full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the organization
Handle and ensure approvals, reports and related paperwork is completed and accurate
You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition from in-house or recruitment agency background.
Solid experience in full-cycle recruiting experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiar with tracking and analyzing data and recruitment metrics to drive sound decision making
Proficient in building databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese
Experience in IT or technology-related industries preferred
