Senior Analytical Research Scientist, Research & Development

Job Description:

  • Develop and direct strategic analytical research plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring robust data analysis and interpretation.

  • Oversee the development and validation of analytical methods for research and product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and meticulously review CTD submission documents, chromatograms, raw data records, and other essential materials.

  • Create necessary documents like protocols and reports for analytical research projects.

  • Maintain rigorous quality control measures for data integrity and accuracy in analytical processes.

  • Perform instrument calibration and maintenance with precision.

  • Handle routine laboratory tasks daily with precision and care.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet project timelines effectively.

  • Show a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in analytical research and collaborate with QC, QA and regulatory affairs teams for compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields

  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience in developing analytical methods and conducting quality research on pharmaceutical products

  • Proficient in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and others

  • Demonstrate laboratory management expertise and a firm grasp of R&D quality system compliance

  • Knowledgeable about relevant pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations for NMPA CDE and ICH. Skilled in developing effective research plans and schedules, organizing work according to these plans, and implementing them efficiently

  • Have extensive experience in the development of oral solid pharmaceutical products and related project management, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently

  • Possess strong abilities in data interpretation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conveying complex analytical concepts clearly and facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and decision-making processes within the R&D team and across departments

  • Strong commitment to achieving objectives and exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges effectively.

Chemist / Assistant Chemist, Quality Control

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review GMP related documents and reports (including SOP, qualification documents, reports, etc.)

  • Handle any administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned

  • Perform testing of raw material, packaging material, product, and environmental testing

  • Prepare / maintain / validate various reagents, standards, and materials in laboratory

  • Participate in validation activities, such as method validation, process validation, cleaning validation

  • Manage, arrange, and perform qualification, calibration, and maintenance of equipment

  • Provide technical support to other departments

Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Chemistry or related discipline

  • 2 year's relevant working experience

  • Experienced in analytical equipment operation and maintenance

  • Familiar with GMP requirements

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong Problem solving skill and work well under pressure

Job Duties:

  • Act as a business partner to work closely with designated business units to provide insight and advice on people agenda

  • Handle and manage employee life cycle from recruitment & selection, on-boarding, engagement and talent development

  • Talent Acquisition: Establish resourceful talent acquisition strategies, assess and determine the most productive recruitment sources to identify and attract right talents

Job Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits Manager, Human Resources

Job Duties:

  • Act as a trusted C&B consultant for HR Team and wider internal clients

  • Support the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs under the Total Reward Framework

  • Responsible for various C&B initiatives such as annual budgeting, annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, benefits schemes review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities

  • Ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness of the C&B programs by closely maintaining the job evaluation system and market intelligence

  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, and provide recommendations for continuous  improvement

  • Support headcount and staff cost management, and conduct staff cost analysis to provide insights for HR strategies development

  • Supervise subordinates to perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, leave management , benefits administration and support his/ her personal development

  • Provide analytical metrics to management to facilitate crucial decisions via deriving insights from HRIS data and information

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in business related disciplines

  • Have solid experience in running PMS, Job Grade and People Soft HCM

  • Experience in HRIS implementation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
