The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the departmental activities, providing office administration, including carrying out general clerical duties, handling financial matters, and being able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics in the HKDSE; or Grade E (level 2) or above in 5 subjects including Chinese, English (Syllabus B), and Mathematics in HKCEE or equivalent. They should also have proficiency in English and Chinese, and literacy in computer applications. Applicants should be self-motivated, independent, and service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.

Executive Assistant (Ref: 2500433)

The appointee will be responsible for providing executive support relating to clerical support, office management, student activities, projects, seminars/ conferences, and performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with post-qualification working experience in tertiary institutions. They should have high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be a good team player, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include the University’s Voluntary Contributions to MPF Scheme or a contract-end lump sum payment (totaling up to 10% of the basic salary), leave, medical and dental benefits.
