Assistant Programme Officer, School of Continuing Education
The appointee will be responsible for providing academic registry services support and frontline counter services for self-funded undergraduate programmes offered by the College of International Education (CIE) at the Shatin Shek Mun Campus. The appointee is required to assist in the following areas: a) programme admission and registration; b) record keeping; c) timetabling; d) tuition fee handling; and e) student activities and College functions, such as Information Day and orientation.
Requirements:
(i) Holder of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with at least one year of work experience; OR (ii) Possession of HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, or Yi Jin graduates, with more work experience;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office application (both English and Chinese); and
Be able to work both independently and in a team.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract ending in August 2027. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Leadership Qualities Centre (LQC) of the Office of Student Affairs aims to empower students to become committed global and local citizens, assume active roles in facing and resolving global challenges and to become proactive contributors to the local community. We are seeking a passionate individual to assist in managing and delivering experiential learning activities for students.
Assistant Student Services Officer (25260667)
The appointee is expected to provide support to student development programmes and the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
Responsibilities:
Deliver different types of experiential learning activities, including adventure education, community engagement and outbound programmes;
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, such as managing applications, handling financial matters and conducting evaluations;
Consolidate activity data and prepare reports and proposals;
Assist in managing the Centre’s social media accounts and the website; and
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with one year of relevant work experience;
Passion for working with young people and good project management skills;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua;
Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and/or social media management would be an advantage;
Willingness to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, if necessary; and
Occasional travel to the Mainland and overseas may be required;
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
The initial appointment will be made on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. Reappointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
