客戶服務主管 / 客戶服務助理 (電話服務中心) (23240087)
職責包括:接聽客戶有關診所預約及查詢的來電,及協助處理一般事務及文書工作等。客戶服務主管需同時協助部門督導客戶服務助理的日常工作、持續提升診所顧客服務質素及參與培訓工作等。
客戶服務主管:須完成中學課程,如有專上學歷者更佳;另需具有最少三年中、西醫藥診所或其他接待及顧客服務工作或管理經驗,具良好溝通技巧,操流利粵語、普通話及英語,熟識電腦操作。曾接受護理或中藥培訓更佳。
客戶服務助理:須完成中學課程,及具有最少一年中、西醫藥診所或其他接待及顧客服務工作經驗,具良好溝通技巧,操流利粵語及普通話,懂簡單英語,熟識電腦操作。曾接受護理或中藥培訓更佳。
工作時間:週一至週六工作五天,每星期輪休日不固定,由臨床部安排。
首合約為期一年。約滿後,經雙方同意及校方撥款情況許可下,可考慮繼續聘任。
薪酬及職級將按資歷及有關工作經驗而定。

二級中藥配藥員 / 助理中藥配藥員 (中醫藥診所) (23241087)

職責包括參與配藥、煎藥、藥房的日常工作及診所部分其他工作。二級中藥配藥員需同時承擔藥房管理工作。
以下為各職級的學歷及經驗要求:
二級中藥配藥員:須持有中藥培訓高級證書,並具有不少於六年的有關工作經驗,其中需包括藥房管理經驗。另申請人需熟識電腦操作,能操流利粵語、普通話及英語。
助理中藥配藥員:須持有認可之中藥培訓資歷,並具有不少於三年的有關工作經驗。另申請人需熟識電腦操作,能操流利粵語及簡單英語,懂普通話者更佳。
此外,上述職級的應徵者須完成中學課程,並於香港中學會考取得最少五科合格,或於香港中學文憑考試取得最少五科達2級或以上成績。
工作時間及地點:週一至週六工作五天,每星期輪休日不固定,由臨床部安排。地點為臨床部轄下各中醫藥診所,按工作需要而定。

Administrative Assistant (23240335)
Responsibilities:
Support the overall success of the project by assisting with various-related duties and activities;
Assist in the collection and compilation of relevant literature, resources and good practices;
Provide assistance in event planning and organisation;
Manage websites and social media accounts content and development;
Assist in the design and execution of projects’ timelines and implementation; and
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Post-secondary qualification with some years of relevant experience;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high level of self-motivation and accountability;
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Skills in Adobe programs or other digital platforms is desirable; and
Experience in project development and management is an added advantage.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Officer, Estates Office
The appointee will be a member of the Administration and Smart Systems Management Section of the Estates Office and be responsible for providing various administrative support to the operation of the Estates Office.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative/clerical support for the Estates Office;
Assist the Senior Manager/Manager to explore initiatives and manage the development of smart systems to revamp the Estates Office’s administrative protocols in order to enhance efficiency and workflows;
Work with vendor and establish user’s requirements for the development or enhancement of smart systems and solutions;
Undertake and coordinate administrative tasks/operations associated with campus planning/development and campus services/facilities management; and
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A recognised bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of work experience in management of application development. Experience in construction industry will be an advantage;
Experience in management of systems development, digital transformation or working in the construction field will be an advantage;
Good communication and language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
A high level of proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Eagerness to learn and develop, and receptiveness to innovative technologies; and
Strong team player with can-do attitude, result-oriented mindset and positive energy.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
