Backend Algorithm Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Algorithm Development: Design and implement learning-based and rule-based algorithms for AI indoor scene generation. Optimize existing algorithms to enhance scene generation efficiency and quality.
Data Preparation: Prepare 3D model data required for training, participate in data annotation and processing to improve model training effectiveness.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the frontend development team to ensure smooth integration of backend algorithms and frontend development. Participate in product requirement discussions, provide technical support, and solutions.
Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate the performance of generated models, make necessary adjustments and improvements. Write technical documentation to document algorithm implementation and model evaluation processes.
Code Maintenance and Version Control: Use version control tools to manage code, ensuring code maintainability and scalability. Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields; graduates from universities in Hong Kong or renowned institutions are preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience in AI algorithm development and 3D modeling is preferred. Prior experience in indoor scene generation or related projects is a plus.
Proficient in Python programming language with good programming practices. In-depth understanding of machine learning and computer graphics algorithms. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (such as Blender) and data processing workflows. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members from different functions.
