About the Sports Centre:

Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. Executive - Community

Job Responsibilities:

Be an outgoing, fun-loving team player who genuinely enjoys outdoor activities and creating memorable experiences
Actively participate in events and activities with guests, spending significant time outdoors while engaging and connecting with our community
Assist in planning and executing a diverse range of events, including Instagrammable experiences, outdoor adventures, community festivals, etc.
Support the promotion of brand awareness by creating a combined interaction with brand, consumers, and lifestyle to generate an exciting and positive brand image for Go Park Sai Sha
Collaborate with different brands and partners to create co-branded events and cross-promotional opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and new opportunities for experiential engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team to create compelling brand narratives and storytelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand affinity
Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Go Park Sai Sha's values, culture, and lifestyle through personal interactions and event activations
Analyze consumer trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning Go Park Sai Sha as a leader in the lifestyle / outdoor / adventure space
Foster a strong brand community by creating engaging content, facilitating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content that aligns with Go Park Sai Sha's brand values
Prepare management reports
Handle the ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Be a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sai Sha

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Communications
3 years of solid experience in event planning, marketing, or community management roles
Enthusiastic about sports and outdoor activities
Strong understanding of immersive customer engagement tactics
Experience in executing large-scale events, activations, or community initiatives
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and building brand communities
Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and user engagement
Demonstrated ability to foster strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and incorporate feedback into initiatives
Energetic, outgoing, and active
Well-developed problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in verbal communication and written English and Chinese
Required to work shift including holidays
