About the Sports Centre:
Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. Senior Executive – Human Resources & Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of HR duties, including talent acquisition & retention, performance management, policy review and employee relations
Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs and handle employment issues related to labour cases and equal opportunity disputes
Provide routine support to various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects
Provide administrative support in the HR reporting and data analysis as required
Work closely with the clubhouse teams to ensure all the reports and documents are submitted in a timely manner
Managing the calendar/ diary activity, including coordinating meetings and minutes-taking
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management
Perform market intelligence studies to keep abreast of the recreation development trends and market needs
Coordinate with various teams within the company and external partners to accomplish project tasks
Coordinate employee relations activities
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, preferably with formal secretarial training
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and working experience from hospitality or customer service industry, preferably gained in sizable companies
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
A good team player and able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate availability is preferred
Executive – Customer Service (Loyalty Team)
As a Customer Service Executive – Loyalty Team, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the Sports Registration Centre, ensuring smooth processes while delivering exceptional service to customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service at the front desk of the Sports Registration Centre
Managing a variety of online and walk-in inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers
Supporting the promotion and execution of various company events and activities
Managing Sports Registration Centre daily operation ensuring proper procedures are followed
Addressing customer complaints and handling unexpected situations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing daily reports to support internal operations and provide actionable insights.
Conducting guided tours for visitors and promoting customer engagement
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance loyalty initiatives and customer experiences
Supporting the Senior Executive and assist in executing loyalty-related tasks
Performing other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Event Management, Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Passion for sports with an outgoing personality would be an advantage
Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required
Flexible and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or shifts as required
Senior Executive - Customer Service (Loyalty Team)
As a Senior Customer Service Executive in the Loyalty Team, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the Sports Registration Centre. Your leadership will ensure seamless processes while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring the Customer Service Executive team to deliver friendly and professional service at the front desk of the Sports Registration Centre
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction
Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop and implement effective loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention
Assist in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for program enhancement
Support the Manager in executing targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty participation
Help monitor and evaluate program performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
Assist in planning and executing loyalty program communications, promotions, and events
Contribute to market research efforts to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems, loyalty program software
