Senior Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Officer (5-Day Work Week)
Job duties :
To handle customers' enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
To check the patrol report and submit to the management office
To manage and maintain the management office routine administration work
To perform any other duty as assigned by superior
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Minimum of 1 year' s relevant experience
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and certificate of SGSIA Recognized Training Course of Quality Assurance System Compliance is preferred
Uniform and shift duty is required
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands on experience in Microsoft applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Officer
Engineer/ Assistant Engineer (5-Day Work Week)
Job Duties:
Negotiate and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team's staff
Responsible for the tender, award and renew of the contracts for maintenance/improvement works
Responsible for vetting of the fit-out/reinstatement requests
Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
Ensure the compliance of the latest statutory regulations and requirements
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
3-5 years working experiences in building repair & maintenance
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving skills
Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer
Assistant Club House Officer
Job duties:
To lead the team of the Clubhouse staffs in organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents
To conduct in-house staff training and prepare implementation plans
To handle the complaint from Resident and take follow-up action
To analyze the usage statistics of all facilities
To conduct daily patrolling for ensuring all sort of services are in high level of performance
To coordinate facility maintenance with Technical Department
To carry out the daily patrol for ensuring the services standard of all facilities
To prepare duty roster and leave arrangement
To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors
Any other duties as assigned by Senior Clubhouse Manager / Clubhouse Manager
Implement the work of company's quality, environmental and occupational, health and safety.
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
Good command of both spoken and written English
Hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Club House Ambassador
Senior Club House Ambassador/ Club House Ambassador
Responsibilities:
To assist in the day-to-day operation and administration works of the Clubhouse
To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees and monthly program fees and compile reporting
To answer Residents' enquires and handle their initial complaints
To assist in organizing recreation/ festival programs and activities
To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception, storerooms and management office
To do any other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirement:
Preferably holder of Certificate in Hotel / Sports / Recreation management;
At least 1 year experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently
Hands-on experience in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays are required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Clubhouse Ambassador
Assistant Property Officer (Commercial) (5-Day Work Week)
Job Duties:
To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer
To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties
To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies
Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in management of large scale commercial premises
Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
Work independently and good communication skills
