Senior Interior Designer / Architect
Responsibilities:
Own and participate in all phases of design, from initial concept development and design documentation to construction monitoring and final project completion.
Define and develop design solutions, detailed drawings, and sketch plans aligned with project briefs, technical specifications, resource/budget constraints, and market positioning.
Partner closely with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external professionals to develop and deliver interior and architectural designs that uphold the organization's quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
Work in tandem with the Project Manager to navigate statutory submissions/coordination, maintain cost discipline, and keep projects on programme and timeline.
Review, validate, and present tender drawings and documentation for internal alignment, presentation, and external bidding.
Conduct regular site inspections and engage with site staff to monitor design progress, identify potential issues, and implement approved solutions.
Coordinate material and resource logistics to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience at a reputable interior or architectural design firm. Prior experience working with a property developer is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and D5 Rendering software; openness to adopting AI-assisted design tools as part of an iterative design process.
Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Mandarin.
Proven ability in collaborative design problem-solving and team communication.
Assistant Manager – Sustainability and Shared Value
Responsibilities:
Conduct impact measurement and management consultancy, to internal and external clients.
Manage client relationships end-to-end including onboarding, project delivery, reporting, and ongoing engagement.
Negotiate and collaborate with corporates, brands, NGOs, social enterprises, and cross-sector organisations on social impact initiatives, ensuring high-quality partnership outcomes.
Consolidate, analyse, and report Group-wide social value metrics and other social-related data for internal and external reporting purposes.
Serve as an internal champion for social sustainability, facilitating cross-functional sustainability-related strategies, policies, systems, and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop resources, workshops, and knowledge-sharing, on social impact measurement, as advocacy for the broader sector.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sustainability, Impact Measurement and Management, NGO / Social Enterprises, Consulting etc.
Demonstrated understanding of both corporate and NGO / social enterprise environments.
Proficiency in social impact measurement methodologies (e.g. SROI) Qualification of Certified Social Value Practitioner or equivalent credential is a strong advantage.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, managing external client accounts or partnerships end-to-end.
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to apply AI-enabled approaches in project implementation, — including workflow automation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
