Manager - Strategy & Transformation
Responsibilities:
Strategy, digital and AI-enabled transformation
Partner with Group CEO’s Office and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into actionable transformation priorities, initiatives, and success metrics
Identify and validate opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation through diagnostics, market / competitor analysis, and internal data insights
Design future-state processes and operating models leveraging digital and AI tools, and develop transformation roadmaps with milestones, resources, and risk plans to ensure sustainable business impact
Project and stakeholder management
Lead or support cross-functional projects, aligning diverse stakeholders, clarifying roles, and managing timelines, risks, and interdependencies
Facilitate workshops and working groups to surface frontline insights, build buy-in, and ensure solutions reflect both business needs and practical realities.
Intrapreneurship and innovation
Act as an intrapreneur by challenging legacy practices, generating new ideas, building business cases, and piloting initiatives
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, encouraging teams to test, learn, and scale successful concepts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree or equivalent experience a plus
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2–3 years in strategy / management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles (either in-house or consulting)
Experience in process mapping and improvement, and familiarity with digital transformation
Proven capability to drive AI adoption, with familiarity in embedding effective AI-supported workflows into day-to-day operations (e.g., workflow automation, analytics platforms)
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; able to break down ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions
Intrapreneurial mindset, open-minded, and willing to challenge the status quo while respecting business realities and culture
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills; able to influence without formal authority and build trust across functions
Self-driven and independent, resilient and learning-oriented, able to thrive in fast-changing environments and manage multiple projects
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Security Specialist
Responsibilities:
Enforce and maintain IT security in servers, networks and application systems
Responsible for IT security incident investigation and response handling
Perform day-to-day security operations (e.g. log review, security system healthiness check)
Implement security solutions and lead the security projects
Coordinate the cybersecurity awareness trainings
Conduct vulnerability scan, penetration test, security assessment and phishing tests
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or University Degree in related discipline
At least 2 years of working experience in information technology and cybersecurity
Knowledge of cloud security, web and email security, network security, privileged access management, awareness training, phishing tests, code scanning, vulnerability scan, attack surface management
Hands-on experience in security solutions, such as Email Security gateway, Web Application Firewall, Endpoint security, Privileged access management, etc.
Experience in IT security audit or compliance (such as security risk assessment and security audit, CIS benchmarks, ISO27001) is preferable
Certificate on CISSP / CISA / CISM / ITIL / CCNP is an advantage
Team player, analytical, self-initiative and responsible
Good command of English and Chinese language, both spoken and written
Non-office hours support is required on needed basis
