Summer Intern - Marketing and Communications (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Integrated Marketer to coordinate various marketing tactics 

  • Create content for website and NF Touch app (Nan Fung customer loyalty program) 

  • Execute marketing campaigns, including event management, public relations, and social media 

  • Carry out the creative materials development 

  • Conduct competitive research and analyse market trends   

Requirements: 

  • Undergraduates preferably in Business, Marketing, Public Relations Concentration, Event Management, or other related disciplines 

  • Attention to detail, willing to learn and open to new knowledge 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

IT Manager - Infrastructure (Cloud Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 (O365), Microsoft Azure, AWS and OCI environments

  • Analyze Cloud platforms usage patterns and rates to ensure efficient and effective system utilization

  • Enhance Cloud security by continuously monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies

  • Serve as SME for M365 suite (Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Purview, Intune)

  • Manage mail flow, anti-spam/anti-malware policies, and email archiving

  • Develop comprehensive migration strategies, including assessment, planning, pre-migration checks, cutover, and post-migration validation

  • Utilize Azure administrative tools for advanced monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting of M365 services

  • Act as the primary escalation point for M365 related issues

  • Define proper reports on tenant health, O365 usage, identifying areas for improvement based on collected data

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance, resilience, and cost-efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing Cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration of M365 services

  • In-depth understanding of modern authentication, identity management, and Zero Trust principles

  • Solid experience with email security concepts (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and mail flow troubleshooting

  • Practical experience with core Azure services relevant to M365 administration and security

  • Familiar with Cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, security groups, and load balancers

  • Effective team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, positive attitude, quick learner, energetic, and capable of performing in challenging environments

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

IT Manager - Infrastructure (Enterprise Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible for encompasses the management, operation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, storage, systems, virtual machines, data center and public cloud providers

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 (O365), Microsoft Azure, AWS, and OCI environments

  • Oversee physical data center operations, including power, colling, cabling, rack layout, and capacity planning. Manage relationships with colocation providers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance, resilience, and cost-efficiency

  • Handle procurement processes related to IT infrastructure, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment sourcing

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for enhancing the IT infrastructure

  • Proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure related risks to the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3-5 years in a hands-on leadership or management role overseeing infrastructure teams and budgets

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management for infrastructure portfolios

  • Deep, hands-on technical expertise across multiple domains: networking, servers/storage, virtualization, and public cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP)

  • Demonstrated experience with physical data center operations and projects, including data center migration, consolidation, and hardware lifecycle management within a raised-floor environment

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure security best practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and influence at the executive level

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing technical team
