Senior Executive - Partnership

Responsibilities:

  • Execute initiatives under customized innovation programs for Fabrica’s corporate partners, including knowledge sharing sessions, tours, workshops, fireside chats, project pitching etc.

  • Set project timeline and deliverables

  • Recruit and identify relevant startups and ecosystem partners to participate in different innovation programs

  • Support Fabrica’s incubatees and portfolio companies, including organizing activities and events, as well as developing new initiatives to support startups community

  • Support Fabrica’s marketing events and activities, programs and content especially when it involves ecosystem partners and network

Requirements:

  • University graduate majoring in Business / Economics / Social Sciences or other related disciplines

  • 3-5 years of working experiences, preferably with sizable organizations, in any of the following areas: sales and marketing; event organization or public / corporate relations etc.

  • Strong business acumen in project management and program design, with part experiences demonstrating organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong interest and understanding of Hong Kong startup ecosystem

  • Exceptional team player with great communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • For candidates with less experiences will be considered as Executive - Partnership


Assistant Accountant (Property Management, Reporting)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record journal entries

  • Handle month-end, interim, year-end closing and sub-consolidation for management companies

  • Handle month-end and year-end closing for individual properties

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, operational reports, and account reconciliations

  • Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with company policies, statutory, and tax reporting requirements

  • Assist in managing contractual obligations to ensure financial reporting is properly recorded

  • Prepare annual audit, tax schedules and other supplementary documents

  • Coordinate with the IT team for system issues and conduct testing

  • Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting and commercial experience, preferably in Property Management Industry

  • Student Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage

  • Hands-on experience with D365 and Oracle systems is preferred

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

  • Good command of Cantonese and English

  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels


Assistant Manager – Sustainability and Shared Value

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact measurement and management consultancy, to internal and external clients.  

  • Manage client relationships end-to-end including onboarding, project delivery, reporting, and ongoing engagement. 

  • Negotiate and collaborate with corporates, brands, NGOs, social enterprises, and cross-sector organisations on social impact initiatives, ensuring high-quality partnership outcomes. 

  • Consolidate, analyse, and report Group-wide social value metrics and other social-related data for internal and external reporting purposes. 

  • Serve as an internal champion for social sustainability, facilitating cross-functional sustainability-related strategies, policies, systems, and initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop resources, workshops, and knowledge-sharing, on social impact measurement, as advocacy for the broader sector. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sustainability, Impact Measurement and Management, NGO / Social Enterprises, Consulting etc. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of both corporate and NGO / social enterprise environments. 

  • Proficiency in social impact measurement methodologies (e.g. SROI) Qualification of Certified Social Value Practitioner or equivalent credential is a strong advantage. 

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, managing external client accounts or partnerships end-to-end. 

  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese 

  • Able to apply AI-enabled approaches in project implementation, — including workflow automation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
