We now invite applications for following position:
Senior Officer - Human Resources (Compensation and Benefits)
Responsibilities:
Handle the payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely conduction, including checking salary data, monitoring payroll systems, leave data, provident fund, taxation, medical and life insurance administration.
Coordinate the off-boarding process for the assigned job levels, including final payments and separation documents preparation.
Work closely with F&A department to ensure adequate information is provided for accurate bookkeeping and payroll payments to match and reconcile to accounting data for audit.
Monitor the development and maintenance of employee data records in HRIS, personnel documentation, and employee handbooks.
Assist in internal and external audits whenever necessary.
Assist in annual review and discretionary bonus process.
Consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports.
Support the Group’s corporate social responsibilities programs, staff activities and other HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years’ of experience in human resources management, particularly in handling payroll independently
Must have experience of handling payroll independently
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Detail-oriented, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player with enthusiasm
Good command of English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in HRIS is definitely an advantage
Senior Manager – Leasing & Tenancy Compliance
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures in alignment with the company's standards
Manage day-to-day tenancy legal matters, including various contract terms, lease reviews, demand letters, rent and/or possession recovery and tenancy dispute resolution
Recommend the department head for appropriate legal actions against tenants on debt recovery and conduct legal proceedings in District Court or High Court procedures
Prepare court documents and attend court hearing at the Small Claims Tribunal
Handle bankruptcy and winding-up cases by providing instructions to external solicitors, reviewing draft pleadings, and monitoring progress
Prepare Proof of Debt and address subsequent inquiries from The Official Receiver’s Office
Conduct business registration, company, and land searches, and prepare approvals for bad debt for senior management’s review (if any)
Liaise with the Legal Department, Audit Department, Finance & Accounts Department, and external solicitors to monitor leasing operations and ensure documentation compliance with regulations
Manage the leasing administration team on billing operation, end to end process of rent payments received from all tenants and reconciliation on Account Receivable and Account Payable transactions
Provide advice and assistance to the teammates to perform their duties smoothly and ensure the billing operation meets the company’s leasing policies and procedures
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Hong Kong Law Degree (LLB or JD); PCLL (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws) is preferred but not essential
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Hong Kong property leasing and real estate matters, candidates with exposure to litigation in tenancy matters at a law firm will be preferred
Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), and Building Management Ordinance
Attentive, reliable, with high integrity, commercial sense and a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
