Company Secretarial Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing annual returns and renewing the business registration certificates for the Group’s Hong Kong companies
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide corporate information and documents for KYC requests
Assist with data entry and preparation of payment vouchers, ensuring that database and corporate records (statutory registers, company filings, and reports) are accurately maintained and kept up to date
Act as custodian of company documents to ensure their safekeeping, accuracy and proper retrieval when required
Provide clerical support and perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or a related disciplines is advantageous; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
Minimum 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in administration, and company secretarial experience is a plus
Student member of HKCGI is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
Knowledge in using Company Secretarial Software (CSA) is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff
Manager - Investment
Responsibilities:
Drive startup investment deal sourcing including research & analysis on industry and startups, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation
Drive investment deal transaction from start to closing including (but not limited to) meeting the potential investees, drafting investment memo, documentation, presentation to the Investment Committee etc
Day-to-day management of portfolio companies and funds
Work with across teams during deal transactions and management of portfolio e.g., Finance, Tax, Audits, Comp Sec etc
Lead robust market research & analysis to help with day-to-day strategic initiatives (e.g. understanding the startup ecosystem / players in HK)
Support the team with other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
University graduates majoring in Business / Economics / Finance / Data Analytics / Research or other related disciplines
5-7 years of working experiences either in venture capital firm / investment fund / financial institution / buyside is a plus
Good knowledge of financial modeling and data analytical skills will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in venture capital industry
Strong interest in impact-led investments
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Vice President - International Property
Responsibilities:
Platform Management & Asset Oversight
Support and coordinate all aspects of the US real estate platform across the full investment lifecycle — including asset management, leasing strategy, development management, capital expenditure planning, and property-level performance — working in close collaboration with the on-the-ground US team.
Collaborate with and guide the US team on leasing strategy and tenant positioning, with a focus on new economy occupiers including life science, lab, AI, and technology tenants; leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform leasing decisions and tenant targeting.
Support business plan reviews, hold/sell analysis, and value-enhancement initiatives; work with the US team to develop recommendations on refinancings or divestments as appropriate.
Oversee property and departmental budgets, contracts, and financial controls in conjunction with the US team, ensuring strong governance standards.
Drive AI integration initiatives and workflow process re-engineering across the platform, identifying opportunities to develop a competitive edge in decision-making, operational efficiency, and investment performance.
Headquarters Coordination & Reporting
Serve as the primary interface between the US platform and Hong Kong headquarters, ensuring alignment on investment strategy, portfolio priorities, and execution; actively leverage HQ resources, capabilities, and broader firm initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the overseas platform.
Prepare and deliver regular portfolio-level reporting to senior management, covering investment performance, key risks and opportunities, and business plan updates.
Demonstrate strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and presence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Foster a cohesive and collaborative working culture between the Hong Kong and overseas teams, building strong cross-regional relationships that underpin effective platform execution.
Deal Execution & Market Intelligence
Support selective deal execution including disposals, financing transactions, and portfolio-level initiatives; coordinate due diligence processes — financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial — in conjunction with internal teams and external advisors.
Contribute to underwriting and financial modelling in support of investment decisions and portfolio repositioning.
Conduct ongoing research on US market trends, capital markets conditions, and government policy developments; translate insights into actionable recommendations for leasing, investment, and capital allocation strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a closely related field within an institutional environment.
Demonstrated experience across the real estate investment lifecycle, including underwriting, asset management, leasing, and transactions.
International investment experience is preferred; prior exposure to US commercial real estate is an advantage.
Familiarity with life science, lab, or innovation-district real estate products is highly valued.
Proven experience engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Exceptional financial modelling skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous for internal collaboration.
Strong analytical, commercial, and interpersonal skills; highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams across regions and disciplines with a high degree of autonomy.
