Senior Accountant (Property Management, Reporting)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to manage month-end, interim, and year-end closings for management companies and properties, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly sub-consolidation, management reports and variance analysis on time with accuracy

  • Prepare sub-consolidation schedules for Group’s annual audit and interim review

  • Assist business units and Group in preparing the annual budget

  • Liaise with external auditors and company secretaries to prepare for annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documents

  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements

  • Work with the IT team and system service providers to troubleshoot system issues and conduct testing

  • Support and guide finance team members in using financial systems and preparing reports

  • Perform any ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration 

  • Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory role

  • Experience in system enhancement and with knowledge in D365 and Oracle system is preferred

  • Skilled in using MS Excel; knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plus

  • Good commend of Cantonese and English

  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure

Assistant BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise stakeholder BIM teams to achieve project objectives through the effective application of BIM uses and processes throughout the entire project lifecycle

  • Chair and actively participate in coordination meetings, ensuring model-based design coordination and issue management workflows are followed and comply with contractual obligations

  • Review and validate all BIM submissions from contractors and consultants to ensure they meet project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's BIM standards, execution plans, and project-specific information management requirements

  • Foster clear communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to BIM execution and project delivery

  • Provide expert guidance, training, and ongoing support to internal team members on BIM methodologies, software, and best practices

  • Liaise with external parties, industry bodies, and vendors regarding event participation, award submission, and the procurement of digital tools to advance the company's construction digitalization initiatives

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related field

  • CIC Certified BIM Manager certification is a must

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on BIM management experience on collaborative building design or construction projects

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required

  • Advanced knowledge and proven practical experience with Autodesk BIM solutions, including Revit, Navisworks, ACC (BIM 360), and AutoCAD

  • Experience with other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max) and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Python) will be a distinct advantage

  • Candidates with less qualification will be considered for the BIM Coordinator position

Senior Associate/ Associate - International Property

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with offshore regional offices and investment prospects to support asset management and development initiatives, including project management, portfolio monitoring, performance benchmarking, and the evaluation of value-enhancement initiatives

  • Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project execution to ensure timely and effective project delivery

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning, utilizing both traditional approaches and AI-powered tools to gather, process, and analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Develop and prepare high-quality reports, research briefs, and presentations that provide clear and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in asset management, development management, and/or project management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, with proven experience in feasibility analysis and benchmarking.

  • Familiarity with AI and data analytics tools for real estate research, benchmarking, and forecasting, combined with the ability to critically assess, validate, and refine outputs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.

  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables across projects, assets, and research initiatives.

  • Capacity for independent, rigorous thinking, ensuring outputs are evidence-based and not reliant on unverified automated tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Assistant Vice President (Biotechnology Public Equity)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth fundamental research on biotech companies listed in U.S. and HK, including analysis of pipelines, clinical trial data, competitive dynamics, intellectual property, and regulatory strategy

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models 

  • Generate differentiated investment insights and present recommendations to portfolio manager

  • Monitor portfolio positions, track key catalysts, and update investment theses accordingly
