Senior IT Manager - Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Provide vision and establish Strategy and Standard for IT infrastructure and Operation services
Lead, direct and mentor the IT Infrastructure and Operations team
Assist to define the cloud strategy, policies, processes and standards with application development team
Assist to drive the adoption of cloud technologies with clearly measurable business values
Manage infrastructure vendors and service providers to support all the IT systems of the group
Responsible for vendor management and group IT budget management
Establish operational objectives, KPI and/or SLA to ensure good performance of IT infrastructure and operations
Transform and build an effective and sustainable infrastructure and support team for the group
Overall responsible for day-to-day operational activities including Data Center, Network, Windows, Cloud, Linux and UNIX infrastructure while maintaining a coherent and progressive strategy
Continuous improve the infrastructure and support service provisioning to provide best support quality and efficiency
Overall responsible for project / program execution of design and implementation of new and/or existing infrastructure to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Drive ITSM/ ITIL processes and implement standard and tools to monitor performance and provide analytics for the infrastructure platform, particularly in the area of system stability, capacity planning and event/log management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
15 or more years of IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in senior position responsible for infrastructure design and operations
Proven experience in managing infrastructure and end user support operations team
Demonstrate competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
Knowledge of local and wide area network topologies, server virtualization and storage technologies, backup, data center operation, voice and video communication platforms, end-user device (Desktop/ laptop /mobile) technologies and IT service management tools
Experience with the ITIL framework and implementations (incident management, change management, service catalogs and release management)
Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, consolidating and modernizing technology footprints, cloud adoption and integration, -cloud migration (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and network traffic/capacity optimization
Proven experience in deploying desktop technologies (such as MS Teams) to improve end user productivity
Well versed in adopting ITSM tools to streamline and govern the working efficiency and effectiveness of the service and operation team
Good knowledge of IT governance framework- ITIL Foundation
Ability to lead multiple internal and vendor teams effectively, manage deliverables and outcomes through multiple managed service providers, and oversee annual budget
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to develop business cases, track costs, negotiate vendor contracts and develop a statement of work (SOW)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all level of management and working groups
Assistant Accountant (Property Management, Reporting)
Responsibilities:
Handle journal entries
Handle month-end, interim, year-end closing and sub-consolidation for management companies
Handle month-end and year-end closing for properties
Handle monthly financial statements, operational reports and account reconciliations
Assist in managing contractual obligations, to ensure that financial reporting is properly recorded
Ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, and applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements
Prepare annual audit, tax schedules and other supplementary documents
Assist in co-ordination with IT team for system issues and conducting testing
Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of accounting and commercial experience, preferably gained in Property Management Industry
Student Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications is an advantage
Experience in D365 and Oracle systems is preferred
Proficiency in using MS Excel
Good command of Cantonese and English
Work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
