Assistant - Procurement
Responsibilities
Assist in handling the material requisition from site, manage the payment process and generate budget expense report regularly
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database system
Assist in general office administration matters for the team
Retrieve files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Diploma or above with 2-3 years working experience
Minimum 1 year of working experience in sizeable company
Responsible, reliable and meticulous
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English, Cantonese
Good team player and attention to details
Officer - Treasury
Responsibilities
Collect and process cash flow and performance data from business units regularly for analysis and forecasting
Support the treasury function, reporting and financial risk management
Conduct stress test and scenario analysis on the Group’s treasury and liquidity situation
Perform market updates using the Bloomberg terminal
Involve in ad hoc project and analysis
Requirements
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related disciplines
Student Member / Qualified Member of CFA, CPA or equivalent
1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in professional services or commercial sectors preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
Able to handle mass data analysis through various formulas within tight deadlines
Strong MS Excel skills, familiar with Visual Basic and Macro programming are definite advantage
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, attentive to details, and hardworking
Good team player, self-motivated and responsible
Good command of both English and Chinese
Senior Officer - Marketing & Communications
Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of residential membership club
Assist in formulation of our social engagement initiatives and be the key contact person in our social engagement programs: liaise with schools, partners, NGOs etc
Develop and manage the external marketing plans that support membership growth including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization
Involve in planning and execution of member events, visits, tours, parties, festive celebrations, schools curriculum and events
Evaluate program performance and explore opportunities in order to recommend promotion strategies that drive membership growth and PR value
Establish contacts and build relations with all external business partners, schools and NGOs
Manage social media, including but not limit to create content (written, video, any creative format), collaborating with popular KOLs/brands/channels, placing online ads etc
Identify, secures and negotiates marketing collaboration that increases and maintains the prestigiousness of the club
Work closely with various agencies including advertising agencies, media sales / agencies, event organisers, production houses, freelancers, renderers, photographers and printers etc to achieve quality work
Copy writing, PR writing, social media management, marketing collateral production
Conduct market research and analysis on market trend
Assist ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications / Journalism / Design or related disciplines
2-4 years of related experience in marketing / media / agencies / production house / or related industries is preferred
Strong business acumen and sound analytical skill
Creative mind, mild personality and positive mentality
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in content curation and AI software such as Canva and Copyai
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
Senior Accountant (HK Property)
Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end closing for assigned legal entities, including journal entries, financial statements and account reconciliations
Timely and accurate preparation of monthly consolidation, management report and variance analysis
Prepare consolidation schedules for group annual audit/interim review
Assist business unit and Group to prepare the annual budget
Liaise with external auditors and company secretaries on matters arising during audit
Perform annual tax compliance matters and support related tax matters
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration
Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA)/Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (or related professional qualifications) required
Minimum 4 years of experience in sizeable audit/ accounting field and worked in Hong Kong property industry is preferred
Cantonese, English and Putonghua (preferred)
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
Assistant Infrastructure Manager (Retail Mall)
Responsibilities
Manage the IT infrastructure including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and operation of hardware, software, server, storage, network and backup
Establish and implement the IT policies and procedures for infrastructure and operation
Manage and monitor IT infrastructure budget
Perform system and network security update, enhance system protection including vulnerability scanning, penetration test, system monitoring and capacity planning
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and manage the deployment of new features and functionalities
Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
At least 5 years of working experience in infrastructure management including LAN or WAN, Shopping Mall Public Wi-Fi networking, on premises and cloud infrastructure
Hands on experience on the server and network system on Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMWare, Backup Exec, Veeam, Aruba, Cisco, Forti Gate and Palo Alto
Skilled in vendor management, with strong communication and negotiation abilities with service providers
Experienced in procurement processes, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation
Knowledgeable in tender processes and capable of evaluating vendor proposals
Professional certificate holder (e.g. MCSE / CCNA / VMWare / ITIL) will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
