Business Development Manager (ref. no.: SHL 1856)

Objective Summary

The candidate is expected to explore, screen, analyze, evaluate and execute strategic initiatives and potential investment projects of diverse industries, and post-investment monitoring and management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in depth industry research and analysis;

  • Perform and review fundamental and financial analysis, including financial projection, financial viability analysis, business valuation or funding plan;

  • Support department head in deal origination, monitor business transactions and maintain client relationships;

  • Assess potential deals through perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and review existing businesses;

  • Conduct, coordinate and review due diligence exercise and legal documents;

  • Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties to execute transactions and monitor existing businesses;

  • Prepare investment proposals, business performance reports, business plans and presentation materials;

  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when necessary. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance or relevant qualification.

  • CPA/ CFA is preferred

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in professional accounting firms, consulting unit, valuation firm, banks or business development department of reputable organizations.

  • Experience in real estate/ hotel/ tourism investment and/or management is preferred.

  • Exposure in China market is preferred

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, conversant in Mandarin is preferred

  • Solid skills in conducting investment analysis, financial modeling and due diligence.

  • Team player, proactive with drive character, diplomatic, tactful, excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Diligent and dedicated with professional discipline.

  • Occasional travel is required when necessary.

Marketing Executive (STHL 1858)

Job duties:

  • Implement marketing campaigns for the Group and its various business units across Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China

  • Responsible for content management of social media platforms and work closely with various business units of the Group to achieve desired results

  • Responsible for production of marketing and corporate branding materials

  • Work closely with business partners and internal departments to develop marketing campaigns and tactical program

  • Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance corporate brand positioning and strengthen brand equity

  • Support PR and event management of marketing campaigns

  • Compile reports to evaluate the performance of marketing programs

  • Undertake administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications or any related disciplines;

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant marketing experiences or above

  • Working knowledge of corporate marketing and social media marketing will be an advantage

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chines

  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal, prob solving, and organization skills

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility

Manager, Post-investment Management (Real Estate) (Ref:STHL1851)

Job duties:

  • Assist senior management of the department in projects management and corporate restructuring projects in HK, Macau and PRC, Portugal and overseas

  • Assist to give guidance /supervise and manage the staff of subsidiaries and JV co’s;

  • Prepare and evaluate business plans and proposals prepared by subsidiaries and JV co’s;

  • Prepare and organize papers for Board meetings and management meetings;

  • Review and revise legal documents and Board Resolutions, and involve in negotiation with business partners and JV shareholders;

  • Perform both qualitative / strategic business analysis and quantitative financial analysis.

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance /Accounting or related disciplines; 

  • Professional qualifications including ACCA / CPA preferred;

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property developers, professional accounting firms consulting or audit unit with managing PRC projects experience, or business development department of reputable corporates;                                       

  • Candidates from Big 4 with PRC real estate consulting experience are welcome;

  • Strong projects management skill and financial modelling skill is highly preferred;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking will be an advantage)

  • Good leadership, interpersonal, organization, presentation and analytical skills;

  • PRC experience is a plus.

Senior Officer / Officer - Branding and Social Impact (Ref: STHL 1857)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branding and community events / campaigns;

  • Explore the partnership with internal businesses units and external partners;

  • Develop communication materials throughout the project cycle and in various formats;

  • Evaluate and prepare effectiveness report, and maintain proper records and documentation;

  • Assist in other areas as assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in communication, marketing, and sustainability related disciplines;

  • 5 years of relevant experience in PR / Marketing Agencies or Corporates

  • Sound knowledge in corporate sustainability;

  • Strong multiple project management skills;

  • Willing to travel and work at non-office hours;

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in multimedia editing tool for developing communication materials
