Marketing Executive (STHL 1858)
Job duties:
Implement marketing campaigns for the Group and its various business units across Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China
Responsible for content management of social media platforms and work closely with various business units of the Group to achieve desired results
Responsible for production of marketing and corporate branding materials
Work closely with business partners and internal departments to develop marketing campaigns and tactical program
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance corporate brand positioning and strengthen brand equity
Support PR and event management of marketing campaigns
Compile reports to evaluate the performance of marketing programs
Undertake administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications or any related disciplines;
1 - 2 years of relevant marketing experiences or above
Working knowledge of corporate marketing and social media marketing will be an advantage
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chines
Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Good team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal, prob solving, and organization skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
Officer - Branding and Social Impact (Ref: STHL 1857)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute branding and community events / campaigns;
Explore the partnership with internal businesses units and external partners;
Develop communication materials throughout the project cycle and in various formats;
Evaluate and prepare effectiveness report, and maintain proper records and documentation;
Assist in other areas as assigned by management.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in communication, marketing, and sustainability related disciplines;
5 years of relevant experience in PR / Marketing Agencies or Corporates
Sound knowledge in corporate sustainability;
Strong multiple project management skills;
Willing to travel and work at non-office hours;
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in multimedia editing tool for developing communication materials

Assistant Accountant (MMCL1850) (Focus: Retail)
Macau Matters Company Limited is wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited established in July 2006 to operate various retail facilities in Macau, Hong Kong and Greater China.
Job duties:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all inventory transactions in systems and ledgers, including transaction of Stock in and out, ie, Purchases, Sales, Returns, Adjustments (Discount, RDG)
Ensure appropriate accounting standards applying to inventory recognitions in books and valuations
Generate regular Inventory Ageing Report and COGS reports for management review
Assist in preparation of financial statements by e.g providing accurate COGS data
Working with relevant teams to conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile systems records to identify and resolve discrepancies
Assist in recording daily transactions, including Sales, Purchases, and Expenses
Perform, analyze and prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation reports to identify discrepancies for liaising to parties agreements
Review Daily bank receipts with credit card statements
Work closely with operation team to prepare invoices to customers and vouchers, review Account receivables on monthly basis
Ensure accurate and timely invoices to customer and ensure compliance with company policies and terms in contractual agreements.
Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports and follow up with outstanding balances, and prepare Provision whenever is appropriate
Maintain accurate records of Fixed Assets and Depreciation schedules
Support in preparing financial reports and analyses include review comprehensive Notes to Accounts
Support in internal control process review and statutory audit exercises
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Requirements:
Degree or above in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline
LCCI intermediate or higher level in accounting or student member of HKICPA/ ACCA;
Minimum 4 years' relevant experiences in retail (FMCG or general retail);
Knowledge in Flex system and Microsoft Office suite
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus;
Immediately available will be an advantage.
Investor Relations Executive (Ref: STHL 1849)
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze market news and trends, peer performance, investor feedback, research reports.
Prepare presentation materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, analyst briefings, roadshows, and site visits.
Regular update on industry and share price performance to senior management.
Coordinate with internal business units for project updates and performance data.
Assist in maintaining investor relations’ corporate website.
Assist in Interim and Annual Results preparation.
Regularly update and improve various documents and databases related to investor relations.
Assist in coordinating cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate finance and corporate communications teams, and third party service providers.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Over 2 years of work experience; experience in investor relations for listed companies is preferred.
Strong sensitivity to financial data and detail oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and fluent in Mandarin.
Strong knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge in Bloomberg and Factset is an asset.
Willing to travel as required.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IR Executive.
