Patient Service Coordinator

Job Description

  • Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre

  • Act as a patient service ambassador at the hospital, assist and provide support to patients and visitors at all times

  • Assist patients in admission and insurance arrangements

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries regarding the hospital services

  • Carry out daily routine task at the Patient Service Centre

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • Fresh graduate are welcome

  • Prior experience in airline, hospitality industry environment preferred advantage

  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player with positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in English and Cantonese

  • Good PC skills

  • Shift duty required
