Manager – Membership & Business Development
Duties

Senior Manager - Membership & Business Development
Duties
The Senior Manager will spearhead member acquisition, retention, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth through strategic business development. This role requires a results-driven leader to design high-impact outreach campaigns, forge alliances, and oversee pipeline management while mentoring a sales-focused team.
Other Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in business development, sales, or membership-driven roles (chamber, NGO, or corporate).
Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets (membership, sponsorships, or partnerships).
Skills: Expertise in CRM pipeline management, cold outreach, and proposal customization. Strong leadership and stakeholder negotiation skills.
Network: Established connections with Hong Kong’s corporate and SME ecosystems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin highly advantageous.
Contract IT Operations Manager (2-Month Contract)
Duties
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract IT Operations Manager to join our team for a 2-month period. This role is central to a critical office renovation project that includes relocating our server room and redesigning our entire IT and systems infrastructure. You will play a pivotal part in safeguarding business continuity and ensuring our infrastructure is robust and future-ready during this key transition period.
Responsibilities
As the Project Lead for IT Infrastructure, you will own the entire IT workstream of the renovation. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership & Management:
Define IT requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications for the new server room, cabling, and Wi-Fi.
Work with the project manager to integrate IT requirements into the renovation blueprints early in the process.
Act as the single point of contact for all IT matters related to the renovation project.
Regularly update management on risks, costs, and timelines.
Vendor & Technical Oversight:
Evaluate and select vendors for cabling, Wi-Fi, and server relocation.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with renovation contractors and IT suppliers.
Oversee the design of the new server room (including racks, cooling, and power), and ensure structured cabling is future-proof.
Validate that all vendor designs meet internal standards before approval.
Risk Management & Business Continuity:
Identify potential risks to business continuity, such as downtime, data loss, and connectivity gaps, and implement mitigation strategies.
Draft a detailed migration and rollback plan.
Plan and execute smooth transitions to ensure minimal disruption to users during cutovers.
Ensure backups and disaster recovery systems are in place before the relocation.
Implementation & Documentation:
Supervise the installation of cabling, racks, and equipment.
Coordinate phased cutovers and data center move logistics, including equipment shutdown, transport, and validation.
Document the entire new infrastructure, including rack diagrams and cabling maps.
Other Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and project management. Key skills include:
Proven experience as a Project Lead for IT infrastructure projects.
Expertise in technical design for server rooms, cabling layouts, and Wi-Fi coverage.
Experience in vendor and contractor management, including evaluation and selection.
Strong understanding of business continuity and risk management principles.
Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between the business, renovation team, and vendors.
