Member Relations & Events Officer
Duties
Build and maintain relationships with corporate members, potential members, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular outreach and maintain proactive communications to promote the Chamber’s services and activities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and support, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with members and external stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate networking events, seminars, and roundtables.
Oversee event logistics including venue arrangement, speaker coordination, attendee management, and post-event follow-up.
Create engaging event content and promotional EDMs.
Provide administrative support to the Membership Team, including CRM maintenance, statistical analysis, event performance, and report compilation.
Ad doc duties as assigned by Managers.
Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Other Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven event service experience to organize and execute networking programs and member activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to multi-task and collaborative mindset to function effectively within a dynamic team.
University degree, preferably in business administration, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or event services is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
Knowledge of graphic design skills such as Canva is preferred.
Immediate availability is considered an advantage.
