Head of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and member engagement.
Oversee IT Operations & Security: Manage IT infrastructure, budgets, and vendors. Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
Deliver IT Projects & System Optimization: Oversee end-to-end IT projects (ERP, CRM, cloud migration) and streamline business processes through automation and integration.
Drive Team Leadership: Mentor IT teams, foster a culture of innovation, and align staff development with emerging technologies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8-10 years of IT management experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
Experience in non-profit/membership organizations is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SDLC, and ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT procurement processes.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and communicate with stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning IT with business goals.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or cloud certifications.
