Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Retail - New Territories Team)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Leasing Manager and handle all retail leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include preparing regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
University graduates or above
Minimum 6 years of retail leasing related experience
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Good computer skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Leasing Officer
Senior Officer (Leasing Administration)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leasing Administration team to support all facets of leasing operation across all sectors of the investment properties portfolio. He / She will assist in reports preparation, compliance and management of internal operation procedures, daily leasing administrative works, documents control and ad hoc projects as assigned in collaboration with the other functional sectors and/or departments.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in sizeable organizations or property developers
Strong sense of urgency, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and independent
Customer Service Officer (Serviced Apartment)
Responsibilities
The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting leasing team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.
Requirements:
At least diploma holder in any disciplines
2 years of real estate related experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Able to work independently and under pressure
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage
Good computer skills
Shift duty is required
Proactive fresh graduates will also be considered
