Assistant Manager (Asset Enhancement)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the team in the management of asset enhancement projects and the administration of internal approval processes. You will also assist in the procurement of consultants and contractors, manage the proper delivery of consultancy services by consultants, as well as coordination with project stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of asset enhancement works and ensure the time, cost and quality targets of the Group are met.
Requirements
Recognized degree in construction related disciplines, degree in architecture and professional qualification will be advantages
At least 6 years of local experience in handling sizeable projects with property developers or consultant firms
Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Must have good knowledge on the codes and regulations applicable to development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works and change of use of buildings
Must have uncompromising integrity and good communicate skills
Accountant (General Ledger)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set of books and ledgers of various companies including approve journals, fixed assets maintenance, review management accounts, schedules, financial and management reports for internal and external reporting and also assisting in the new ERP system development and implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience
Audit experience is a plus
Experience in ERP system transformation is a plus
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial records, and to spot any potential errors or fraud
Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediately available preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
