Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle advertising jobs including development of ad concepts, copy-writing, printing and media buying .
Prepare property promotional materials, including leaflets and online feed for sales divisions.
Co-ordinate with newspaper regarding the logistics of ad placements.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Video shooting & editing for property-related videos, with video types including but not limited to informative, corporate, social media videos and commercials
Support creative & production team to handle in house production: video shoot including camera operation, lighting set up and audio recording
Upload the relevant video to social media platforms
Plan, organize, execute, and deliver different projects
Outdoor footage shooting, including but not limited to properties and district highlights

Requirements:
