Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle advertising jobs including development of ad concepts, copy-writing, printing and media buying . 

  • Prepare property promotional materials, including leaflets and online feed for sales divisions.

  • Co-ordinate with newspaper regarding the logistics of ad placements.

  • Event planning and logistics. (Outdoor work may required)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or other related disciplines are preferred

  • 2-5 years or above related work experience in Marketing field

Assistant Video Production Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Video shooting & editing for property-related videos, with video types including but not limited to informative, corporate, social media videos and commercials

  • Support creative & production team to handle in house production: video shoot including camera operation, lighting set up and audio recording

  • Upload the relevant video to social media platforms

  • Plan, organize, execute, and deliver different projects 

  • Outdoor footage shooting, including but not limited to properties and district highlights

  • Coordination of ad-hoc and/or project-based assignments when needed

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia, Video Production or other relevant disciplines

  • 1-2 years relevant experience

  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Passionate about video pre and post-production

  • Mature, self-initiated and willing to work outdoor

  • Multi-tasking and organized, able to work independently under high pressure and with tight schedules

Responsibilities:

  • Stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing knowledge, specializing in SEM, display advertising, social media and analytics by continuously following industry news and developments.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze results, leveraging AI tools to gain deeper insights and enhance performance.

  • Develop advertising strategies by evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, to generate high-quality leads for acquisition channels.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the complete customer journey across various channels and touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business/ Marketing / Advertising/ Data Engineering/ Digital Marketing/ Data Science/ Journalism/ New Media or related disciplines.

  • 2-4 years’ working experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong writing and proof-reading skills.

  • Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

  • Strong aptitude for data and analytics, solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:
