The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is a statutory body established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap 626) and is tasked to regulate and promote the development of the property management industry. Administrative Assistant
(Ref. No.: PMSA-AA-11/25)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will be responsible for the following:

  1. Organise and schedule meetings / activities

  2. Prepare meeting minutes, reports and presentations

  3. Maintain and update databases and records

  4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences

  5. Assist with the management of staff by coordinating schedules and tasks

  6. Maintain and update databases and records

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  2. Relevant work experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome

  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organised, strong attention to detail and able to observe confidentiality

  4. Good command of English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is a plus

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Senior Officer (Human Resources)

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will:

  1. Handle full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions including staff recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management and staff relations, etc.;

  2. Assist in reviewing the implementation of the Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operations manual regularly to ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with the relevant ordinances;

  3. Plan and coordinate staff training and development programmes;

  4. Assist in budget and manpower planning, and preparation of HR-related statistical and analytical reports;

  5. Liaise with insurance brokers/ insurance companies for the acquisition and renewal of HR-related insurances;

  6. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive HR management system to meet the operational needs;

  7. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR-related issues, as well as give advice and answer enquiries on HR matters; and

  8. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Candidates should have:

  1. A bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;

  2. At least 3 years of full-time work experience in HR management. Relevant work experience in Government departments or public bodies is an advantage;

  3. Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations;

  4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;

  5. Ability to work independently and under pressure; and

  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Terms of Appointment
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A 3-year contract will be offered to the successful candidate of the post. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
