職責: 

  • 負責一般辦公室支援服務,包括茶水服務、茶水房清潔、會議室場地及設施安排、文件交收、外勤工作、簡單維修工作、補充茶水房用品及文儀耗材、分擔接待處之工作、以及其他由主管安排之工作

職位要求: 

  • 中學程度及略懂簡單英語

  • 需要超時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)及輪班工作

  • 有機會被安排到不同之工作地點上班

Senior Officer, Building Rehabilitation (3-year contract)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government.  The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.  

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the implementation and promotion of rehabilitation strategies/ rehabilitation schemes (Rehab Schemes)

  • To maintain contact with stakeholders including property owner, IOs, building management offices and other owners related organisations to solicit their opinion and support on Rehab Schemes

  • To organize and plan for events in promoting the Rehab Schemes, including outreach programs, household visits, presentations in the mass briefing, etc.

  • To facilitate the smooth implementation of rehabilitation projects of private buildings by properly addressing to queries and concerns from stakeholders on matters relating to the planning and proceeding rehabilitation works

  • To monitor the works and performance of the Independent Consultants engaged for the technical support to the various government funded schemes

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in housing management / building surveying / construction management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in building management / building maintenance / construction management or related fields

The appointment will be made on a 3-year fixed-term contract, which may be renewable subject to appointee’s performance, the Authority’s business needs, and other relevant factors.
