About Us
The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
辦公室助理 (兩年合約)
職責:
負責一般辦公室支援服務,包括茶水服務、茶水房清潔、會議室場地及設施安排、文件交收、外勤工作、簡單維修工作、補充茶水房用品及文儀耗材、分擔接待處之工作、以及其他由主管安排之工作
職位要求:
中學程度及略懂簡單英語
需要超時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)及輪班工作
有機會被安排到不同之工作地點上班

Manager, Corporate Services
Responsibilities:
Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of corporate strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-divisional inputs, consolidate information and prepare corporate reports/submissions to facilitate communication with the Government, relevant organizations and the public
Support the General Manager in managing and engaging the Board/ Committee Members to ensure efficient governance practices and relationship building
Provide secretariat services to Board/ Committee/ Taskforce/ Working Group
Assist in liaising with government bureaux/departments, ICAC and the Office of the Ombudsman relating to complaints and requests for information or inputs
Update the Authority’s website contents in relation to the Board, its Committees and the Annual Report
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field in the urban renewal, building or construction industries
A qualified professional in a relevant field
Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in sizable organization(s), preferably in the public sector, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate governance and/or compliance
Good knowledge of corporate governance best practices in public sector organizations
Well conversant with the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and relevant ordinances
High proficiency in written business English and Chinese correspondence
Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Strong communication, organization and coordination skills
