About Us
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) was established in May 2001 under the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance as the statutory body to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong, with a view to addressing the problem of urban decay and improving the living conditions of residents in old districts.
Assistant Officer, Property and Land

Responsibilities:
To provide secretarial and team administrative support
To prepare budget, leasing documents, marketing materials and compile reports
To monitor timely payments of rents, outgoings and other charges
To handle daily leasing enquiries, lease negotiation and tenancy administration works
To answer tenants’ phone enquiries and liaise with tenants regularly in order to maintain good relationship with tenants
To co-ordinate and carry out takeover / handover of premises
To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Diploma or above is preferred
Experience in real estate, leasing, event organizing and / or hospitality would be advantageous
Good communication skills and customer-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Senior Officer, Information Technology

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to IT requests from users regarding all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals
Log support tickets and document outcome to facilitate the resolution of queries
Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the Authority
Provide system administration such as backup/recovery activities, user administration, network monitoring and log review etc.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to hardware, software and network/server etc.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, computer accessories, and network equipment etc.
Assist in preparing user operation manuals and enforcing operation policies
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizable company or in a similar sector
Experience in supporting multiple operating systems, in particular Microsoft Windows Servers; Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server; and Microsoft MOM and SMS
Familiar with common PC-based application software, with hands-on experience and related problem-solving skills
Experience in IT infrastructure support, e.g. network, server, system etc.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware maintenance and upgrade
Good communication and customer service skills
Good team player and willing to share experience and knowledge
