On-site Tram Attendant (遊覽電車導賞員)

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of TramOramic Tour on-site, including but not limited to pre-tour preparation and post-tour clean up.

• Address passenger inquiries on board and deliver excellent customer service.

• Manage passenger check-in and handle walk-in ticket sales.

• Ensure passengers’ safety by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tram throughout the tour.

• Support special promotional campaigns occasionally.

• Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.

• Work 6 days a week on-site for the TramOramic Tour.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in tourism, customer service or hospitality is preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

• Passionate and are willing to work outdoors.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, detail-minded, with strong sense of responsibility.

• Prior experience in handling cash and credit card transactions is preferred

• Ability to multitask effectively.

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Valid Tour Guide license will be an advantage.
