Contract Architectural Assistant

The Job:

The incumbent will be assigned to work for and under the supervision of Architectural Services Department. He / She will assist the supervisor in preparing, coordinating and checking architectural drawings and to undertake other related duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Architecture and/ or a Master Degree of Architecture, with at least 5 years of academic training
Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and 3D Studio
Good communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Project Coordinator

The Job:

The incumbent will assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordinating and progress monitoring of the assigned projects.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder or above in Construction related disciplines
Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification working experience in local construction or maintenance industry
Experience in quantity surveying is an advantage
Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
