Supervisor, Operations Transformation

Responsibilities:

  • Organize new routes launch preparation meeting, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on post-meeting actions

  • Assist and coordinate with internal departments on the Operations Data Store (ODS) project

  • Complete daily OTP data process, door close report and weekly OTP report

  • Perform new routes pre-launch station inspection and publish the station inspection report if required

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that each new route launching / new aircraft acceptance preparation are completed and meeting its target date, collecting each of these department and report to DGM OMC for making further decision if remedial actions are required or not in case of failure to meet target date

  • Perform cross-check on each phase of each seasonal scheduling and coordinate with airline planning to adjust the unreasonable block time and ground time, monitor and follow up the adjustment progress

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Thorough knowledge of operation control and flight dispatch relevant to the AOC

  • At least 3-year Airline operation experience and basic aeronautical knowledge

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin

  • Knowledge in Word, Excel (including VBA, Formula), PowerPoint

  • Able to work independently

  • Capable to handle conflict and settle argument in a reasonable manner

  • Good understanding of the regulatory authority set up and workflows in PRC

Supervisor, IT Service Management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 service team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture

  • Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and incidents, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

  • Develop and implement service team procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide reports on service team activities to senior management

  • Create and implement internal SLAs and KPIs for effective IT operation management

  • Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives

  • Provide regular training and skill development programs for the service team

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and security protocols

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

  • Strong skill on incident & change management

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holders or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of IT support with a strong focus on end user service

  • Certificate holder in ITIL V4 is preferred

  • Experienced in managing the vendor with good customer handling skills and manner

  • Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and customer focus attitude

  • Able to work independently and cooperate with other parties

Manager, Store & Logistics Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor materials operation procedure.

  • Improve the procedure for cost saving according to department target.

  • Ensure materials operation safety.

  • Organize daily materials operation to meet customer request.   

  • Handle the enquiry from other departments or sections.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience in supply chain management or store management is required.   

  • At least 10 years’ experience in aviation spares supply and support.         

  • Strong management skills in management.

  • Strong analytical thinking skills, and stress resistance. 

  • Strong commercial acumen.                                        

  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Assistant Manager, Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DDD-based microservices, mastering service decomposition (Bounded Context), API gateways (Kong/Ocelot), and service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)

  • Solve microservices challenges: distributed transactions (Saga pattern), cross-service monitoring (APM tools), and data consistency

  • Establish governance standards (contract testing, versioning strategies)

  • Lead data silo consolidation via event-driven architecture (EDA), data lakes (Delta Lake/Iceberg), or master data management (MDM)

  • Design real-time data pipelines (CDC tools like Debezium)

  • Architect solutions for industry-specific needs (e.g., low-latency flight tracking, ACARS data parsing) and modernized legacy systems (e.g., IBM Mainframe → cloud-native microservices)

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

  • At least 5 years’ experience in designing distributed systems with 2 years’ end-to-end microservices implementations

  • Expertise in Spring Cloud/Alibaba, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices patterns (service discovery, circuit breaking/Hystrix/Sentinel)

  • Deep understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and observability

  • Aviation/transportation/logistics domain experience (e.g., FOC systems, crew scheduling, MRO platforms) is strongly preferred

  • Proven track record dismantling data silos (ESB, data fabrics, or API-led integration) is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with aviation protocols (ARINC 429, AFDX) or standards (IATA NDX) is strongly preferred

  • Awareness of trends (AI-Native architecture, low-code integration) and cloud-native tech (Serverless, Service Mesh)

  • Certifications in AWS/Azure Microservices Architect, CKA/CKAD is a plus

  • Tech community impact (open-source contributions, blogs, patents) is a plus

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

General Manager, Sales Management Centre

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs; 

  • Conduct sales visits to identify sales opportunities, assist with agency booking activities, and monitor agent performance to maximize local sales volume; 

  • Utilize booking systems and GDS daily to review bookings; 

  • Monitor latest market and competitor information to update pricing and strategies; 

  • Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote bookings via joint promotion and marketing campaigns; 

  • Maintain relationships with trade and associations to maintain and expand HKA’s exposure in the market; 

  • Provide daily and monthly booking analysis reports; 

  • Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution, etc.;

Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in tourism or aviation industry; experience in Travel related Marketing or Communications is a strong advantage;
