Officer, Crew Control
Responsibilities:
Ensure Company flights are properly crewed in accordance with CAD371 and Company rules & procedures
Maintain sufficient and updated knowledge on applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements as well as the directive from Manager
Crew Operations concerning the daily operations in Crew Control
Maintain a sound understanding of all guidelines, work procedures and practices issued by the Manager Crew Operations
Handle and provide legal and cost-effective solutions proactively for crew rostering issues encounter on shift
Responsible for crew resources and manpower management on daily basis
Report any abnormalities to Supervisor on shift for further guidance and resolution
Perform shift duty as stipulated on Crew Control shift task or as directed by Supervisor on shift
Communicate with flight crew & cabin crew on duty adjustment and ad-hoc arrangement
Support all improvement projects in Crew Control team
Requirements:
Tertiary education in any disciplines
One year relevant experience is preferred
Excellent spoken English and Chinese; Good command of Putonghua

Manager, Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the QA section
Assist for Regulatory Authorities matters relating to organization approval, HKAR-66 license application review, HKAR-145 compliance, and other regulatory requirements
Manage the company authorization system
Acting as backup AR/CMR signatory under HKAR-181 and CMR signatory under HKAR-145
Acting as backup AMS variation and MEL extension signatory
Manage and monitor the technical data management section

Requirements:

Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
Providing legal advices and solutions to a broad range of in-house legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, operational, administrative, regulatory, competition, employment, data protection matters; and reviewing and drafting contracts
Initiating, implementing and managing internal audits, standards, compliance and conformance related matters including but not limited to ad-hoc audits and risk-based audit and to execute the audit and risk management solutions in accordance with the accepted professional standards
Preparing effective and professional internal audit reports on a timely basis and follow up and supervise the implementation of the constructive and feasible audit recommendations
Providing training and preparing materials to enhance to the staff relevant knowledge
Handling of and managing legal actions (both Court cases and all other legal disputes) in Hong Kong SAR and overseas including but not limited to drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending conferences, conciliations, mediations and hearings

Requirements:

Deputy Director, Procurement
Responsibilities:
Lead procurement department to ensure that efforts are aimed towards reliable, safe and high-quality daily operations
Make recommendations to President on immediate or future development of the department

Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Corporate Safety (M&E and Cabin)
Responsibilities:
Receive, import, and manage the processing of all safety reports into the AQD database concerning Maintenance & Engineering ( M&E), and Cabin events.
Review safety reports related to (M&E) & Cabin for risk classification, and assign Assessments in the AQD safety database, and review the risk assessment conducted by each department.
Liaise with Engineering, Maintenance, and SDD for follow-up investigations, actions taken, and mitigation of all related safety reports.
Manage AQD database for data extraction, trend analysis and safety performance indicator (SPI) monitoring.
Prepare the meeting agenda and minutes and act as secretary to the Engineering, Maintenance and Cabin Crew Safety Action Group meetings
Prepare presentation material, safety statistics and SPI’s for management review and SRB.
Prepare HK CAD MOR review meeting minutes and agendas and liaise with HK CAD for MOR meeting arrangements and submit MOR's to HK CAD when required.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Officer, Ramp Operations
Responsibilities:
Ensure and/or monitor the day-to-day ramp handling performance of GHA at HKIA
Check load sheet performance on a daily basis and rectify anomalies with GHA
Monitor the disembarkation / embarkation of passengers, unloading / loading of baggage / cargo, and the ramp activities conducted by external service providers involved in the aircraft turn around
Monitor the Ground Operation function to ensure that safety and security requirements are fulfilled throughout the entire operation concatenation applicable at Hong Kong and out-station
Check if the ramp handling duties are performed according to SOP and instructions
Liaise with related service providers to ensure ramp safety and PTS are maintained
Report ramp incident to all parties / departments concerned
Conducts spot check on load sheet at aircraft side before flights depart
Liaise with GHA for special handling in weight & balance and loadsheet
Check LDM on a daily basis and rectify anomalies with GHA

Assistant Manager, e-OPS / EFB Administrator
Responsibilities:
Administer and oversee the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) system across Hong Kong Airlines’ operations
Serve as the primary liaison between Hong Kong Airlines, EFB system vendors, and software suppliers.
Ensure full conformity of EFB hardware and software with applicable regulatory and operational standards.
Manage and maintain all EFB hardware components to ensure continued operational readiness.
Oversee the integration of the EFB system within the airline’s Safety Management System (SMS).
Continuously monitor EFB system performance through feedback channels and pilot reports.
Identify and report system anomalies to the Manager, Technical and E-Operations.
Conduct monthly verification of EFB application software and database validity and expiration.
Monitor the performance and service quality of hardware and software suppliers to ensure system integrity and reliability.
Provide updated technical and procedural information to the General Manager Flying (GMF) to support revisions in training modules following system changes.
Submit written recommendations to the Manager, Technical and E-Operations for the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the EFB system.
Develop and document comprehensive implementation standards, system requirements, operational practices, and policies as required.
Perform security assessments on installed applications to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Manage EFB hardware and software configurations, ensuring no unauthorized software is installed.
Requirements:
Higher diploma holders or above in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related disciplines
At least 2 years’ Flight Operations experience
Extensive IT knowledge in Communication Protocols, Database Management, Server Assessment and Maintenance/Development

Performance Engineer
Responsibilities:
Validation of Takeoff and Landing Obstacle data
Conduct technical assessments on the aerodynamic, propulsive and weight efficiencies of aircraft to ensure that comparisons of their commercial capabilities and operating costs are as comprehensive and accurate as possible.
Provide operational and payload assessments on new routings under development and perform Engine Inoperative and decompression study related to terrain enroute.
Advise on aircraft performance and operations engineering related technical questions to technical crew, operational staff and management and to lecture in performance courses.
Manage aircraft performance studies to ensure the information provided is accurate, timely and complies with regulatory requirements.
Identify, evaluate and recommend (in-house and to manufacturers) optional features/modifications for aircraft that will maximize the Company's commercial profitability and aircraft deployment flexibility
Requirements:
Bachelor Aeronautical Engineering, any Engineering courses such as Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, and or any related Aviation courses
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in performance engineering, operations engineering, flight dispatch and / or operations control
Experience in induction of crew management communications, safety management system and operations control systems preferred
Familiar with using flight planning programme and aircraft performance analysis program (Airbus PEP) preferred

Engineer, Production Planning & Control
Responsibilities:
Ensure the aircraft airframe/component maintenance tasks are well planned in accordance with the maintenance requirements
Preliminary evaluate maintenance work feasibility before handing over the work to Line Maintenance and MRO implementation
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure maintenance and operational requirements are efficiently met
Coordinate with Procurement/Supplier for the key spares’ purchase and monitor the movement to support the schedule maintenance.
Basic knowledge to check the technical manuals to support the maintenance.
Collect and analyze the maintenance and operation data for continuous improvement
