Officer, Crew Control
Responsibilities:
Ensure Company flights are properly crewed in accordance with CAD371 and Company rules & procedures
Maintain sufficient and updated knowledge on applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements as well as the directive from Manager
Crew Operations concerning the daily operations in Crew Control
Maintain a sound understanding of all guidelines, work procedures and practices issued by the Manager Crew Operations
Handle and provide legal and cost-effective solutions proactively for crew rostering issues encounter on shift
Responsible for crew resources and manpower management on daily basis
Report any abnormalities to Supervisor on shift for further guidance and resolution
Perform shift duty as stipulated on Crew Control shift task or as directed by Supervisor on shift
Communicate with flight crew & cabin crew on duty adjustment and ad-hoc arrangement
Support all improvement projects in Crew Control team
Requirements:
Tertiary education in any disciplines
One year relevant experience is preferred
Excellent spoken English and Chinese; Good command of Putonghua
Proficiency in communication
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Crew Control.
Manager, Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the QA section
Assist for Regulatory Authorities matters relating to organization approval, HKAR-66 license application review, HKAR-145 compliance, and other regulatory requirements
Manage the company authorization system
Acting as backup AR/CMR signatory under HKAR-181 and CMR signatory under HKAR-145
Acting as backup AMS variation and MEL extension signatory
Manage and monitor the technical data management section
Manage the AD monitoring process
Manager HKCAD exemption/ variation application and renewal, manage HKAR-145, HKAR-181, airport self-handling renewal and variation
Manage MME and EPM revision
Perform other tasks and project assigned by management
Requirements:
At least 10 years’ aircraft maintenance or engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, or equivalent
Participated in HKCAD Airworthiness course
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License holder with type endorsed
Good leadership and coordination skills
A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
Providing legal advices and solutions to a broad range of in-house legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, operational, administrative, regulatory, competition, employment, data protection matters; and reviewing and drafting contracts
Initiating, implementing and managing internal audits, standards, compliance and conformance related matters including but not limited to ad-hoc audits and risk-based audit and to execute the audit and risk management solutions in accordance with the accepted professional standards
Preparing effective and professional internal audit reports on a timely basis and follow up and supervise the implementation of the constructive and feasible audit recommendations
Providing training and preparing materials to enhance to the staff relevant knowledge
Handling of and managing legal actions (both Court cases and all other legal disputes) in Hong Kong SAR and overseas including but not limited to drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending conferences, conciliations, mediations and hearings
Maintaining and improving the internal company system including drafting, reviewing and updating policies and practices
Working with external counsel, company secretary, paralegal and professional advisers
Performing such other functions to be assigned by Director and General Counsel
Requirements:
LLB or above (from Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions)
Qualified Hong Kong SAR practicing lawyer with at least 4 years of experiences
Preferably with in-house experience working in aviation and/or law enforcement investigation team will be an advantage
Solid experiences in handling litigation (both criminal and civil) and contractual related matters
Possess strong communication, analytical and research skills
A proactive team player, with can-do attitude and able to work independently under high pressure and tight timeframe
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, mature attitude and ability of multi-tasking
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
Deputy Director, Procurement
Responsibilities:
Lead procurement department to ensure that efforts are aimed towards reliable, safe and high-quality daily operations
Make recommendations to President on immediate or future development of the department
Manage the human and resources for procurement department
Determine and control the allocation of the budget of procurement
Oversee and manage the performance of all divisions
Achieve the aircraft spares supply target, commercial procurement target and yearly cost saving target
Develop and implement appropriate Quality Assurance models to meet the business and operational needs of the procurement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or similar disciplines
At least 15 years of aviation related experience and including 5 years of management experience in Procurement area
Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of regulations and airlines operation
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Corporate Safety (M&E and Cabin)
Responsibilities:
Receive, import, and manage the processing of all safety reports into the AQD database concerning Maintenance & Engineering ( M&E), and Cabin events.
Review safety reports related to (M&E) & Cabin for risk classification, and assign Assessments in the AQD safety database, and review the risk assessment conducted by each department.
Liaise with Engineering, Maintenance, and SDD for follow-up investigations, actions taken, and mitigation of all related safety reports.
Manage AQD database for data extraction, trend analysis and safety performance indicator (SPI) monitoring.
Prepare the meeting agenda and minutes and act as secretary to the Engineering, Maintenance and Cabin Crew Safety Action Group meetings
Prepare presentation material, safety statistics and SPI’s for management review and SRB.
Prepare HK CAD MOR review meeting minutes and agendas and liaise with HK CAD for MOR meeting arrangements and submit MOR's to HK CAD when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in aircraft engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience of aircraft engineering
Formal training in Aviation Safety/QA Auditing/SMS is essential
Extensive knowledge and experience in aviation safety databases is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
