Supervisor, Operations Transformation
Responsibilities:
Organize new routes launch preparation meeting, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on post-meeting actions
Assist and coordinate with internal departments on the Operations Data Store (ODS) project
Complete daily OTP data process, door close report and weekly OTP report
Perform new routes pre-launch station inspection and publish the station inspection report if required
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that each new route launching / new aircraft acceptance preparation are completed and meeting its target date, collecting each of these department and report to DGM OMC for making further decision if remedial actions are required or not in case of failure to meet target date
Perform cross-check on each phase of each seasonal scheduling and coordinate with airline planning to adjust the unreasonable block time and ground time, monitor and follow up the adjustment progress
Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Thorough knowledge of operation control and flight dispatch relevant to the AOC
At least 3-year Airline operation experience and basic aeronautical knowledge
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
Knowledge in Word, Excel (including VBA, Formula), PowerPoint
Able to work independently
Capable to handle conflict and settle argument in a reasonable manner
Good understanding of the regulatory authority set up and workflows in PRC
Manager, Store & Logistics Operations
Responsibilities:
Monitor materials operation procedure.
Improve the procedure for cost saving according to department target.
Ensure materials operation safety.
Organize daily materials operation to meet customer request.
Handle the enquiry from other departments or sections.
Requirements:
At least 1-year experience in supply chain management or store management is required.
At least 10 years’ experience in aviation spares supply and support.
Strong management skills in management.
Strong analytical thinking skills, and stress resistance.
Strong commercial acumen.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
Manager, Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the QA section
Assist for Regulatory Authorities matters relating to organization approval, HKAR-66 license application review, HKAR-145 compliance, and other regulatory requirements
Manage the company authorization system
Acting as backup AR/CMR signatory under HKAR-181 and CMR signatory under HKAR-145
Acting as backup AMS variation and MEL extension signatory
Manage and monitor the technical data management section
Manage the AD monitoring process
Manager HKCAD exemption/ variation application and renewal, manage HKAR-145, HKAR-181, airport self-handling renewal and variation
Manage MME and EPM revision
Perform other tasks and project assigned by management
Requirements:
At least 10 years’ aircraft maintenance or engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, or equivalent
Participated in HKCAD Airworthiness course
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License holder with type endorsed
Good leadership and coordination skills
A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
