Senior Guest Relations Officer (5-day work week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assisting front office operations and maintaining good relationship with the guests

  • Handle check in / out procedures in the reception counters for the guests

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline

  • 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Shift duty is required

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Officer

Accounts Officer (3 months contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle all invoices and payment of suppliers and vendors

  • To ensure correct cost classification, prompt resolution of disputed items, approvals of invoices and timely expedition of vendors’ payment

  • To assist in month end closing and monthly reports preparation

  • To assist in accounting software and online banking system implementation

  • To assist in any ad hoc assignment or report to support management decisions

  • To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in Hotel Industry is preferred

  • Self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediate Available is highly preferred

Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and establish long term relationship with both new and existing clients by courtesy calls, visits, site inspections and events, and expand client portfolio

  • Responsible to achieve overall revenue budget for the hotel

  • Regularly report on analysis of sales, market trends, competitor activities, etc. to stay competitive on pricing and services in the market

  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales related documents

  • Ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section & travel trade in consultation with Group Director of Sales on all matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in MS Office application 

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
