Senior Guest Relations Officer (5-day work week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assisting front office operations and maintaining good relationship with the guests

  • Handle check in / out procedures in the reception counters for the guests

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline

  • 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Shift duty is required

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Officer

Senior Reservations Agent (5-day work week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide professional service and respond tactfully to guest's request and inquiries

  • Handle reservations requests according to established procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline

  • Knowledge of hotel reservations practice, standards and procedures

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office application

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Working shift: 9am-6:30pm or 9:30am-7pm

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations Agent 

Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and establish long term relationship with both new and existing clients by courtesy calls, visits, site inspections and events, and expand client portfolio

  • Responsible to achieve overall revenue budget for the hotel

  • Regularly report on analysis of sales, market trends, competitor activities, etc. to stay competitive on pricing and services in the market

  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales related documents

  • Ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section & travel trade in consultation with Group Director of Sales on all matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Min. 8 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry 

  • Proficiency in MS Office application 

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
