Customer Services Officer
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably with commercial property
Holder of valid SPP (Category B) and QAS training certificate
To assist in the day-to-day management, operation and maintenance works of a new commercial property
To manage the concierge counter and handle visitors’ enquiries
To provide premium customer services, such as visitor registration and premises inspection
To prepare and follow up work orders with the work team
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
