Customer Services Officer

  • Diploma holder or above

  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably with commercial property

  • Holder of valid SPP (Category B) and QAS training certificate

  • To assist in the day-to-day management, operation and maintenance works of a new commercial property

  • To manage the concierge counter and handle visitors’ enquiries

  • To provide premium customer services, such as visitor registration and premises inspection

  • To prepare and follow up work orders with the work team

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Good PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
