Telephone Operator (Conrad Service Centre Officer) - Day Shift / Overnight Shift

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and professional manner

• Handle restaurant reservations. Ensure all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently

• Handle in-room dining orders from Hotel guests

• Create, update and maintain guest profiles in the restaurant reservation system and ensure that all information maintained is accurate

• Handle wake-up calls

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

• Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills

• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

• Able to work independently and shift duty is required
