工作內容:
向客人解釋收購流程及提供報價
提供名牌鑑定在職培訓
處理日常店舖運作，如文書工作
提供客戶服務，回答查詢及聯絡客戶
處理突發工作
要求：
HKDSE 5科合格或完成中七學位，無需經驗
擁有服務業或二手名牌業界經驗者優先
流利粵語和良好普通話及英語
基本電腦操作技巧
對名牌貨品有興趣
善於溝通及主動

工作時間:
星期一至日 10:00-19:00
Job Detail:
Explain the purchase process and provide quotation to customer.
On job training is provided.
Handle shop daily operation such as data entry, etc.
Provide customer service, reply inquiries and warm calling.
Assist in ad- hoc project.
Requirement:
HKDSE Level 2 in 5 New Senior Secondary School Subjects or F.7 standard or above. No working experience is required.
Experience in customer service or second-hand luxury resale market is an advantage
Native Cantonese, Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
Basic computer skills
Interested in branded items
Good communication skills and willing to learn
