Senior Retail Sales Associate / Retail Sales Associate (Brand: Cole Haan)

Responsibilities 職責:

Provide the excellent customer services in shop. 在店舖內提供專業的客戶服務。
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. 整理貨倉及貨品。
Achieve team and individual sales targets. 達致店舖及個人銷售目標。
Perform daily routine duties to store operations.負責店鋪日常營運。

Requirements 要求:

Form 5 or above with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin. 中五程度或以上及流利粵語、英語和普通話。
Experience in luxury sector, preferably in luxury men shoe and leather goods. 具有零售行業經驗,有鞋和皮具經驗為優先考慮。
Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. 主動積極及良好的銷售技巧.
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 有責任感,團隊合作精神及良好的溝通能力。
Mature and able to work independently. 能獨立工作。
Handling customer’s complain and after sales service with strong CRM skills. 具有處理客戶投訴和售後服務的技能。
Immediate available is highly preferred. 即時上班為優先考慮。
