Assistant VM Manager / Senior Visual Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall visual merchandising display across all stores, ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines and standards.
Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve merchandising displays.
Take concepts and guidelines provided by Headquarter or Regional VM team, adapt and develop window guideline to fit the local market.
Regularly communicate with internal VM team and our business partner to plan and execute weekly window and in-store changes
Collaborate with store managers to review store displays, gather market insights, and provide professional advice to enhance store performance
Provide VM training to frontline staff and service providers to ensure they understand and can execute VM standards effectively.
Update window displays and lightboxes seasonally for new collections or campaigns.
Source and manage local vendors for the production of VM materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
Travel to other cities within Asia to support new store openings and conduct regular visits to ensure VM standards are maintained.
Handle any additional VM-related tasks as required

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor holder in Visual Design or related disciplines
3 years of relevant work experiences in fashion brand
Must have a good sense on merchandising presentation, interest in fashion, and a solid knowledge of fabrics and colour
Good communications and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft office, literate in graphic software (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Less experience will be considered as Senior Visual Merchandiser

Assistant Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all daily operations of the store
Lead, develop and motivate front line staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Analyzing of store performance, sales data, KPI and suggesting effective action plans to improve business performance
Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory
Handle customer complaints and inquiry in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with front line staff to review performance and provide constructive and timely feedback

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in fashion brand with 2 years in supervisory role.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales target
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer services in shop and maintain brand image
Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
Attend to customer enquiries and provide merchandise information to enhance customer experience
Perform any other duties as assigned
