Administrative Assistant - (NSD-24-0128)
Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to doctors, e.g. managing office supplies, coordinating meetings / trainings/ activities and making transportation arrangement
Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers and schedule appointment bookings for doctors
Liaise with concerned parties for facilitating doctors to perform their medical duties smoothly
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop good relationship with internal and external customers
Shift duties required
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Job Requirements
F.5 or above graduate
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse duties, inclusive but not limited to organising inventory records, monitoring inventory and analysing utilisation, etc.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure the right goods are delivered efficiently
Maintain inventory records on information system
Gather feedback from users and assist Senior Store Officer in developing Standard Operating Procedures and protocols

Job Requirements
Form 5 or above
Knowledge of Business / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management is an advantage
At least 1 year' relevant work experience, preferably in hospital settings, applicant with less experience will be considered as Store Assistant

Computer literate

Customer Service Officer - (ADM-25-0030)
Key Responsibilities
Handle admission registration and related documents, verify insurance documents for direct billing and coordinate with other departments for patient needs
Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries by phone
Serve as a hospital ambassador by greeting and escorting VIPs and customers, providing high-quality face-to-face customer services, and providing information about the hospital’s facilities and services to patients
Perform office administration tasks, including purchasing office supplies, maintaining document records, and completing various general clerical duties
Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Customer Service Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Shift duty and rotation of customer service units are required
Job Requirements
Holder of a diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines
At least 2 years’ customer service experience preferably in health care, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry
Demonstrates good communication, customer services, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience in complaint handling is preferred
Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multi-task independently
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willing to rotate to different business units

Key Responsibilities
Assist to maintain environment for service delivery and smooth operation of the clinical unit
Measure patients’ vital signs, body weight and height, record intake and output; record and report to nurses
Prepare, clean, sterilize and conduct routine quality check of equipment
Conduct stock-taking and ensure adequate and appropriate supply of materials of service provision
Provide clerical support, including appointment booking, reception services, data entry, filing, and answering clients’ enquiries, etc.
