Customer Service Officer (Guest Service) - (ADM-24-0114)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a hospital ambassador by greeting and escorting VIPs and customers, provide high-quality face-to-face customer services and provide information on hospital facilities & services
Handle admission registration and related documents, verify insurance documents for direct billing and coordinate with other departments for patient needs
Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries by phone
Provide office administration duties such as purchase of office supplies, internal mails distribution, maintenance of administration related records, staff accommodation and car parking applications handling, and other general clerical duties
Shift duty and rotation of customer service units are required
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Job Requirements:
Holder of a diploma in any discipline, preferably in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines
At least 2 years’ customer service experience preferably in health care industry, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry
Experience in complaint handling is preferred
Demonstrates good communication, customer services, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multi-task independently
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications
