KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation Excellence
Apply & adapt all Richemont and Maison guidelines, such as client services, visibility, merchandising, customer service, compliance and security, and support boutiques in smooth operations
Actively ensure the implementation of company guidelines in boutiques and the achievement of operational KPIs
Review & update the operations guideline to fulfil the client experience
Ensure professional Customer Service is given in boutiques
Analyze client feedback and communicate results and define action plans with Training Manager and Boutique Managers
Closely work with Operations Team and Boutique Managers to maximize stock efficiency
Assist boutique team to handle customer complaints, use the opportunity to build up a long-term relationship
Support all retail activations and marketing initiatives, closely coordinate with office and boutique teams to ensure smooth arrangement
Distribution Network Development
Assist in projects for boutique openings, renovations, expansions, and closings in terms of liaising with landlords, architects, contractors.
Manage the search and discussion process of retail business opportunities and project negotiation with relevant landlords and partners, and to lead lease negotiations.
Stock & Logistics
Ensure adequate and timely product deliveries.
Monitor deliveries and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper product supply.
Ensure appropriate stock levels: subsidiary, boutique(s) network.
Fully utilize the available market stock to maximize fluidity and revenues.
Work with boutique managers to plan and execute allocations, achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, and ensure that client requests are adequately addressed and fulfilled.
Update distribution network information on the Internet.
Manage the efficiency of the logistics and warehouse coordination.
Prepare information and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Project Management / Compliance
In charge of boutique openings, closures, refurbishments and/or relocations
Rollout of HQ projects locally: i.e. Merchandising booster, SAP updates, Uniform, Traffic Counter…
Observe, monitor and report any legal and fiscal issues; assess and control any administrative, operational, customs, insurance, legal, fiscal, social risk.
Follow-up key issues to minimize risk exposure and to secure coherent and efficient risk management.
Corporate compliance: follow the rules of corporate compliance defined by Richemont and Maison strictly.
Human Resources Management
Assist and advise the management in the hiring and structuring in the frontline team.
Manage the team effectively, developing a strong team spirit and a high sense of purpose.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree with 5-8 years of experience in retail operations management
Excellent English and Mandarin
Excellent skill in Excel and PowerPoint
Multi-task, highly adaptable to changes, able to work under pressure
Analytical mind with strong numerical sense
Excellent influencing skills
Customer oriented with strong clienteling mindset
