Regional Supply Chain Executive, South Asia

Reports directly to Regional Operations Director, the Regional Supply Chain Executive – South Asia is responsible for:

Daily Stock Requests & Boutique Support

  • Manage the daily stock requests from all boutiques across South Asia

  • Manage product allocation and transfers between boutiques

  • Manage Vol. LE request for regional level

  • Manage the replenishment process to maximize sales

  • Work with merchandising to ensure assortments strategy implementation

  • Update model stocks in SAP

  • Handle boutique returns to warehouse

Wholesale support

  • Support the monthly wholesale backorder review and cleanup

  • Handle quality/shipping claims management process

  • Support wholesale allocation and stock transfers

  • Main contact for Wholesale team stock requests and supply information

Data Analysis

  • Run regular reports (stock coverage, MDS fulfilment)

  • Support the team with ad hoc reporting

  • Update monthly novelty fulfilment report

Regional Support & Coordination

  • Local point of contact for Commercial & Marketing team

  • Support the Marketing and Sales team during events (e.g. stock handling, stock take)

  • Handling of product samples and carnets (Marketing and High Value)

  • Maintain product shortage list and review with global Distribution planning on a weekly basis

  • Summarize and follow-up on meeting with HQ & support monthly SCM & merchandising meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry

  • Knowledge in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Independent and proactive with a service-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus)

  • Knowledge of SAP systems and orders processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
