Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising HKTW (Marketplaces)

Core Responsibilities
Drive development of eCommerce merchandising strategy, assortment and catalogue selection, digital shelf improvement, and all other digital merchandising activities
Lead set-up activities and optimize content (title, text, image) for PDPs and monitor digital shelf quality through auditing and health reporting with agency partners.
Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure e-Merchandizing strategy is well-integrated into campaigns, and create seamless shopper journey optimizing conversion.
Collaborate closely with Regional eCommerce Marketing team to drive test & learns on on-site Search, Display, etc. to drive digital shelf excellence & improve conversion.
Lead creative & merchandizing agencies to ensure content and assets are optimized for products, sites and campaigns
Deliver localization of assets for specific campaigns and customers (language localization for SEO purpose & format adjustments for specific customer needs)
Track performance daily for campaigns, audiences, PDPs and traffic channel levels, etc.
Leverage analytics team to develop & communicate data-driven insights based on digital merchandising activities to drive future growth
Act as a point of contact with eCommerce Merchandizing partners including facilitating content syndication and ensuring consistency across platforms and systems for the LEGO brand.

This role, Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandizing, HKTW, will own the comprehensive digital merchandising in the eCommerce from planning campaigns with eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager to designing Brand pages, setting up Product Detail Pages, day to day optimizations and test & learn initiatives. It requires a deep understanding of the brand strategy and campaign objectives to deliver the cohesive merchandising structure. Successful applicant is highly encouraged to bring digital/eCommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU HKTW to innovate for the future?
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in the eCommerce digital merchandising or related field. Experience from consumer-packaged goods (FMCG) and/or children’s category strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of working experience in eCommerce Marketing/Marketing.
Solid understanding of eCommerce sites and retail marketing tools/landscape
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to mobilize and influence cross functional collaborators including but not limited to sales, marketing & analytics, within & across regions, to solve complex problems and deliver results
Detail-minded, strong organizational & executional skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
