Contract Clerk
Responsibilities:
Handle daily purchase order processing (EDI PO and EDI Invoice)
Process daily debit notes
Support departmental administrative works such as invoices and vouchers sorting, taping, copying, and filing
Assist in system input for updating discount and uploading sales data
Perform other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned
Requirements:
F.5 or above graduate
At least 1 year of experience in office administration or sales administrative support
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
Able to work under pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility
Proactive and a good team player
With experiences using SAP would be an advantage but not necessary
Immediately available would be a definite advantage
Work Pattern:
5-day work week from Monday to Friday; working hour from 8:45am to 5:15pm
