Contract Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily purchase order processing (EDI PO and EDI Invoice)

  • Process daily debit notes 

  • Support departmental administrative works such as invoices and vouchers sorting, taping, copying, and filing 

  • Assist in system input for updating discount and uploading sales data

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above graduate

  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration or sales administrative support

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Able to work under pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Proactive and a good team player

  • With experiences using SAP would be an advantage but not necessary

  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage

Work Pattern:

  • 5-day work week from Monday to Friday; working hour from 8:45am to 5:15pm
