Category Administrator (1-year contract)
Is this your next challenge in Category Team?
System input for various promotions accurately on schedule.
Consolidate data through Central Data Warehouse system for regular reports / summaries for relevant Category Team
Prepare vendor and item related information for relevant Category Team in a timely manner
Accuracy checking on documents submitted by vendors and commercial team
Keep an accurate filing system
Handle any ad hoc jobs assigned by manager
Do you have experience in administrative works?
HKDSE holder, or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
High accuracy in data input and filling system
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
Adapted to working in a fast-paced environment
Candidate with immediate availability is preferred and less experience candidate will also be considered
