E-commerce Marketing Planner (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce marketing & operation

• Negotiate with digital advertisement agents, PR agents, media companies and other parties

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including digital Ads, SNS, CRM & O2O promotion

• Occasional overseas business trips

• Other ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines

• Minimum 1-year practical experience in e-Commerce or Marketing

• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Japanese (N2 or above is a must)

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, Self-motivated, independent and result-driven

• Proficiency in PC & MS office applications

Sales & Marketing Executive (Collectors Toy) - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales and marketing operations 
  e.g. maintaining social media platform/conducting market surveys & reports/ simple translation of marketing materials/handling samples and product replacement/ E-commerce related operation

• Maintain relationships & negotiate with customers, promotion agents, and other parties regarding Collectors Toy issues

• Support on sales promotion campaigns and events

• Manage sample and shop display

• Require traveling to Japan and overseas countries

Requirements:

• University graduate in Sales & Marketing or related discipline

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing, working in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage

• Knowledge in Japanese Animation and Comics would be an advantage

• Knowledge in Photoshop/ AI would be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese

• Japanese proficiency N2/Level 2 of JLPT is a must

• Proficiency in PC & MS office applications

• Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under pressure
