Customer Service Representative

Salary: Maximum monthly salary up to HKD25,000 (including basic salary, OT & all other allowances)

Job Duties:

  • Perform customer services duties such as meet and greet guests, visitors, passengers and crew, handle VIP flights, and ensure all services are handled professionally and comply with handling guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Perform daily administrative duties such as handling counter service, answering phone call, handling emails, filing and updating documents

  • Liaise closely and coordinate with aircraft operators and agents, service providers and airport’s Control Authorities on flight operation and services requirement

  • Coordinate with other departments on daily operations

  • Monitor & answer the Air-To-Ground radio call from inbound/outbound flights

  • Prearrange, issue and ensure the accuracy of all invoices

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year’ relevant experience or Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skill and serving attitude

  • Initiative, detail-oriented and good team player

  • Good command of both verbal and written English / Chinese

  • Holder of Driving License 1, 2 is an advantage

  • Shift duty is required

Senior Line Service Technician (GSE Maintenance)

  • $10,000 one-off new join bonus for eligible HK driving license code 18/19 holder

  • $1,200 monthly allowance for eligible HK driving license code 19 holder

  • Up to $20,000 sponsorship for obtaining HK driving license code 18/19

  • Monthly salary up to $37,000 (including basic salary, OT & all other allowances)

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate closely with the Line Service team to perform the daily ramp and Ground Service Equipment (GSE) operations

  • Perform GSE routine checks, maintenance and safety inspection in the Department to ensure function, safety, compliance, local and international requirements are met effectively across all areas of the company

  • Assist in looking for the root cause of GSE issues and then follow an acceptable and structured process for addressing the issues safely, effectively and cost-efficiently

  • Responsible for basic administrative function, maintain records of GSE Defect Report Forms and Maintenance Log and actively report the GSE issues to Superior

  • Work with Duty-In-Charge (DIC) of each shift, utilize the shift resources and equipment to support the operations and achieve the departmental KPI

  • Provide aircraft arrival / departure routine services, and handle aircraft towing, potable water service, lavatory service, ground equipment as required

  • Provide driving support for operational needs

  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training when required

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with a minimum of 6 years’ GSE maintenance or ground handling services experience

  • Good team player; hardworking with proactive attitude and strong problem solving skill

  • Holder of valid HK Driving License Class 1, 2 and 18 is a must. Class 19 is an advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Shift duty is required
