Assistant Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of HR services to employees across departments, including recruitment, on-off boarding, casual labor management, employee relations, staff activities and company events, and seeking initiatives to improve both effectiveness and efficiency continuously
Act as a liaison to provide professional HR advice and service to user department representatives
Responsible for the execution of Casual Labor management in the areas of weekly payroll operations, MPF scheme administration, maintenance of related systems (CLMS), agencies’ performance and manpower planning and arrangement
Manage casual labor agencies/leaders to coordinate the daily operation of casual labor such as arranging working schedule, wages, and performance review, and fulfil any ad-hoc manpower request based on event needs; and responsible for casual labor training program
Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures; and provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guideline
Compile and maintain HR data analysis reporting on regular or need basis
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years experiences in HR gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work
A team player with proactive, detail and result oriented mindset, fast learner, able to work independently; solid skills on talent recruitment and development
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
