Administration Officer (Contract)
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of office administration duties including procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintenance of office facilities as well as settlement of office related payment
Provide support to office administration on facilities management
Participate in organizing staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas Party etc.
Provide admin support to HR and Finance Department Head as required
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration duties
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, self-motivated, positive mindset, customer-oriented, willing to learn and responsible
Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
Provide standard procurement services include managing RFQ process, vendor sourcing and management, quotation, tendering, price comparison, supplier negotiation, PO issuing and fulfilment
Understand requirements from business and service teams and search proactively from the market to find out the best offerings for the Company
Data maintenance and generate reporting
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma
Preferably with 1 year of work experience in procurement and vendor sourcing. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Ability to think, adapt, and react in high-energy and fast-paced environment
A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable to work effectively with people from different departments
Outgoing character with strong interest and Can-Do attitude to explore new sources and liaison with new people
High level of integrity
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing is a plus
Practical knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
Assistant / Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment, procurement, and maintenance as well as company's activities and staff events
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and services providers
Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner
Review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas Party etc.
Assist in preparing annual administrative budget and regular reports upon request
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Admin Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 - 8 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
A team player with good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
