SALES SUPPORT OFFICER, CHARTER FLIGHTS

Job Description
You are expected to support the sales team and coordinate on all enquiries and logistics support on charter flights, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries related to charter flights, providing timely and accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
Take care of all aspects of client inquiries and services for charter flight bookings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate operations requirements with the responsible departments/parties
Coordinate the logistics of charter flight bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Liaise with internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure a smooth flight experience for clients
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales support or coordination role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry
Knowledge of PRC charter flight operations and regulations is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Ground Services Officer (Ramp & Load Control)
Job Description
You are expected to perform Centralized Load Control duty and supervise the load control handling processes during the aircraft turnaround with the objective to achieve operational efficiency, ramp safety and security, and on time performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure and/or monitor the day-to-day Ramp handling procedures and load sheet performance meet the IOSA requirements and Company standards
Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and company requirements ensuring safety and security of the operation
Responsible for the implementation of the changes and ensure that the policies are outlines in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field
Possesses aviation or airline experience preferably but not a mandate
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Work under pressure and independently
Perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
Able to travel overseas extensively, as and when required
OPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICER
Job Description
The candidate is expected to handle flight planning duties and support the superior to ensure safe, effective and efficient flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess all variable that affect safety of flight operations and produce flight plans in accordance with the Company policies and procedures
Monitor flight progress and communicate as required with aircraft during flight
Assign aircraft rotation and initiate appropriate action in response to flight disruption to achieve on-time-performance and meet maintenance requirements
Track, monitor and adjust as required the crew duty roster to ensure legality and sufficient crewing resources
Prepare and submit crew manifest and forms to governmental bodies and authorities, as required
Arrange overflight clearance and regulatory permissions in line with the flight schedule
Provide administrative supports to the management with tasks such as verifying invoices, collecting operational data, preparing reports and statistics and etc
Other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirement:
Post-secondary education in any discipline
Minimum 1 year’s airlines or airport working experience is desirable but not essential
Good command of spoken and written English
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is desirable
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess of Hong Kong Driving Licence Class 1/1A preferred but not essential
Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight) and ability to work under pressure
