副總幹事/副總經理（文化學術交流及商務旅遊考察策劃拓展）

本中心專注承接策劃各類文化學術交流及商務旅遊考察事務，涵蓋國際交流、企業考察、學術活動及文化探索等範疇。我們擁有半個多世紀的豐富經驗，專責為青年學界、各社團會機構及各類專業人仕專業提供一站式綜合服務，現特誠邀熱忱且具經驗的各界菁英加盟。

職責：

  • 負責構思設計、組織策劃並執行各類國際文化教育交流、企業考察及旅遊觀光方案。

  • 負責拓展業務市場，優化服務質素，提升競爭力並吸引新客戶。

  • 負責建立、維護並廣泛拓展海外合作夥伴及各國地接機構關係。

  • 負責部門管理及專案執行，統籌團隊行程交通、住宿及活動等相關編排準確無誤，並確保旅途順暢和客戶體驗唯美優質。

  • 負責完成臨時指派的相關職責或具體項目。

要求：

  • 大學學位，3 年或以上旅遊、教育、活動策劃履歷或相關經驗。

  • 熟悉海外交流及商務旅遊專業知識，具市場敏感度及業務拓展能力。

  • 優秀的溝通能力、組織能力及團隊合作精神，能輕鬆承接各類海外業務專案。

  • 兩文三語(即：中文、英文及粵語、英語和國語)流利順暢兼可靈活、熟練應用之。

  • 熟練掌握Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）及新興AI技術的操作應用。

Marketing Officer (ISIC-China)

Hong Kong Student Travel is a member of the International Student Travel Confederation as well as the exclusive Licensed Authority for the issuing of the international Student Identity Card (ISC), the international Youth Travel Card (IYTC) and the international Teacher Identity Card (ITIC) known as the ISIC 3 cards. This centre was set up to provide best services in transportation, hostel accommodation, entertainment and other attractions for student, teachers and youth from all over the world to enjoy whilst they are travelling overseas and locally.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing brand plans & strategies to maximize brand awareness and achieve business goals.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns / initiatives to strategize for growth and optimizations

  • Build and maintain good relationships with major universities, educational institutions, banks, enterprises in Mainland China.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate and must have a background in mainland markets

  • 3 years of experience in marketing within the Education and overseas studies sector

  • Experience in social and event management are advantageous

  • A team player with good people skills, positive attitude, detailed-minded and multitask capability.
