Reservations Sales Agent

Job Summary:

Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
Answer enquiries about property facilities or services and room accommodations
Ensure service standards are met and in compliance with hotel's brand values
Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of their needs

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
Passionate and service oriented
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
