The Hong Kong Golf Club one of the premier golfing complexes in Asia is looking to recruit a high calibre individual for the following position:

Demi Chef – European Restaurant (Location at Deep Water Bay)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily food production in hot/cold dishes

• Follow and enforce food safety and kitchen hygiene standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel or private club

• Good knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance

• Able to work under pressure, organized with multi-tasking skills
