Customer Services Executive
Responsibilities:
Act as a first contact point/ ambassador of SPCA.
Answer customer inquiries: Handle telephone calls and general inquiries, provide customers with requested information, including arranging clinical & surgery appointments via different channels.
Manage customers’ expectation: Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Handle retail duties: Perform counter sales and cashiering.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain the client information database.
Follow our internal department procedure and standards.
Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of work experience in hospitality and pet care industry preferred but not essential.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin / other languages would be an advantage).
Willing to work on roster basis and work at different locations.
Customer service oriented.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Mature, friendly, outgoing and multi-tasking.
Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals will be an advantage.
eCommerce Executive
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management
Handle the daily operations of E-Commerce channels, including external platforms.
Assist in the business activities and projects of assigned channels, including but not limited to order management, fulfilment, executing and following up promotion plans, order forecasts, inventory management, and preparing sales analysis reports.
Analyse sales data and evaluate existing product categories on choices.
Conduct marketing research focused on rivals’ trends and strategies, along with routine performance reports.
Experience with the Shopify platform will be ideal.
Product Management
Assist in managing product mix and assortment planning on assigned platforms.
Responsible for product listing, from preparing materials to product listing on all platforms.
Logistics Coordination
Liaise and coordinate with logistics and related departments on day-to-day business operations.
Work closely with the product team and logistics team to manage stock and logistics.
Customer Experience
Support online platform interface updates with the latest promotions, pricing updates, layout, and content improvements.
Support and drive a smooth E-Commerce customer journey, including order processing and customer service issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma holder or above, with at least 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce/retail management preferred.
Good numerical sense;
Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel;
Hard-working with positive attitude;
Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines;
Experienced in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is absolutely advantage;
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and ability to process and analyze data;
Fast learner and willing to face challenges;
Strong communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; other languages will be an advantage
