Senior Host/Hostess (3-month contract) 資深餐廳款接員 (3個月合約)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform and manage reception duties
Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields
Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated

Assistant Headwaiter/waitress (3-month contract) 助理餐廳服務員領班 (3個月合約)

QUALIFICATIONS:

With minimum of 1-2 years experience in F&B industry
Independent, hardworking, proactive and good interpersonal skills
Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Hotel experience is an advantage

(Senior) Guest Experience Officer - Front Desk (資深)前堂接待員

QUALIFICATIONS:

Holder of diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in hotel industry and familiar with Opera system are advantages
Familiar with scenic, heritage, daily life and activities within Shatin area
Independent, hardworking, familiar with customer services procedure, willing to work on shift duties and overtime
Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Service-oriented, pleasant and good interpersonal skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Experience Officer
