Reservations & Service Center Agent
Responsibilities:
Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates;
Handling enquiries and phone calls;
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email;
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures etc.;
Prepare reservation sales reports and other reports as requested (e.g. to travel agents, business houses, call centre etc).
Requirements:
Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Proficient in PC application;
Good communication skill;
Shift duty is required;
Fresh graduates are welcome;
We offer 8 days rest days per month to the right candidates.
