Part-time Accounts Clerk (Free Breakfast & Lunch Provide)

Salary package: HKD65-80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Preparing Cheques

• Handle accounts payable

• Sales checking & update record

• Perform data entries of accounting transactions into accounting software

• Document scan & filing

• Outgoing working (deposit cheques and send letters)

• Support ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience

• Minimum of F.5 or HKDSE with LCCI Intermediate

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing

• Knowledge in accounting software (such as Quickbooks, MYOB, etc.)

• Good communication and work independence skills

• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese

• Immediate available or short term notice is highly preferred

•  Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
