Part-Time Senior Services Officer / Services Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle daily financial transactions and ensure the correctness and accuracy of all transactions
Process all customer instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures
Provide counter services account opening and other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Secondary school graduates with passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics
Students in universities or higher education institutions will also be considered
Experience in customer services or banks is an advantage
Pleasant character and has good communication skills
PC knowledge
Immediate available is preferred

Senior Services Officer / Services Officer, Channel & Wealth Management
Responsibilities:
Handle daily financial transactions and ensure the correctness and accuracy of all transactions
Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
Process all customer instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures
Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure any promises made to customers can be delivered on time
Provide counter services account opening and other job duties as assigned
Promote & cross-sell general banking products to customer
Requirements:
F5 or above with passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics
Minimum 6 months' teller experience
Service-oriented
Fulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirement is an advantage
Good communication skills
Conversant in English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
PC knowledge
Personal Banking Manager / Senior Personal Banking Manager, Retail Channel Management
Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain new business in deposit and fee related activities
Achieve various business goals assigned by the Branch Manager through delivery of professional service
Provide back-up support to branch operations from time to time
Acquire new customer through localized promotional activities
Generate fee income through the selling of non-investment linked insurance products for PBM working in “General Banking” area
Requirements:
Diploma or degree holder in relevant disciplines is preferable
1 - 2 years’ experience in financial industry preferably with branch exposure
Experience in retail banking products with effective communication skill
Pass in HKSI Licensing Examinations and fulfill registration requirements for Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representation (TR)
Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Good PC knowledge
