Admin Assistant
Job Description
The incumbent is mainly responsible for providing some general administrative services for the company in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsible for various general office administrative duties which include handling phone calls, greeting guests at the reception, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry if required; and
Outdoor works if required, eg. bank payment, mail pick up and delivery; and
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Secondary education
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Immediate available is highly preferred
