Assistant Customer Officer

The role:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via hotline and digital channels (online chat, email)

  • Support lost property enquiry and perform administrative tasks

  • Deliver a seamless customer care experience to the customer

  • Assist with service enquiries and operations at Customer Service Centre as needed

  • Participate in passenger liaison meetings to gather feedback for bus service improvements

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Skills and attributes:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with experience in customer service and call centers is preferred

  • Passionate about developing a career in the customer service field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

  • Proficient in computer applications and Chinese word processing

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good manners

  • Shift duties are required

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
