監控中心操作員 Call Centre Operator (警鐘監察中心)

每月工資可高達 HKD20,000或以上

工作職務:

• 處理監控警報信息

• 接聽客戶電話、 處理客戶查詢及跟進客戶之要求

• 準確地記錄有關資料及一般部門文職工作

• 需通宵輪班及公眾假日工作、每月基本值班日18天

入職要求:

• 中五或以上程度

• 擁一年以上工作經驗為佳

• 具基本中、英文電腦知識、 包括英文打字、Word 及 Excel等、懂中文打字為佳

• 操流利廣東話、一般英語及普通話應對

• 持有 "保安人員許可證"及QAS証書 或有電話客戶服務經驗者優先考慮

• 守時、 自律 、有責任心 、工作勤奮、團隊精神、學習能力、解決問題的能力 、能有效率及準確地完成指定工作
