Relationship Manager, Commercial & Retail Lending

Responsibilities:

  • Provide total financial solutions to customers in the areas of personal / corporate lending and trade financing

Requirements:

Manager / Assistant Manager, Branch Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with established internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain the prescribed security controls and handle accounting and sundry matters of the branch

  • Lead, coach and motivate the operations team to deliver quality customer service and cross-sell bank products and services

  • Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and refer potential business opportunities to branch sales

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above

  • Minimum 10 years of branch operations experience on counter transaction, cash management, account opening, and AML reporting in the banking industry preferably with supervisory experience

  • Passes in HKSI & IIQE licensing examinations preferred, but not a must

  • Sound knowledge of branch operations and able to lead a team to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Bank's products and services

  • Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements

Senior Officer, Branch Operations (Relief Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform relief duties in branches and assist in overseeing counter services and back office administration to ensure proper service delivery and processing

  • Check and verify various transactions, clearing and account matters

  • Ensure accurate balances of the counters and the procedural propriety of all transactions

  • Perform administrative duties and act as the secondary custodian of international money orders, traveller checks, gift checks, safe deposit box and other transactional products, including ATM card, credit card, deposits, gold bar/coin, remittance, etc.

  • Monitor service performance of counter service staff and provide appropriate assistance whenever required

  • Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and refer potential business opportunities to branch sales

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business/Finance or related discipline, professional qualification of ECF-RWM is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in promoting the full range of wealth management products including both investment and insurance products

  • Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment

  • Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business/Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of securities dealing experience in financial industry

  • Completed HKSI examinations and qualified to register for RA1 & 4 would be a plus

  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Senior Associate, Branch Operations (Account Opening)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing account opening, including both individual and corporate accounts

  • Set up customer profiles and create account in bank system

  • Follow up with branch staff and customers on Account Opening issues

  • Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping

  • Support branch in operations enquiries

  • Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 2-3 year's relevant Bank Account Opening experience

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua

  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
