Manager/Assistant Manager - Public Relations (Community Projects)

Job Description:

  • Work with the team to provide full-service PR support for the Group, including corporate communications, event management, community and customer relations, and special projects 

  • Develop and execute community projects covering scholarships, year-round sponsorships, community & school visits 

  • Devise new project plans from situation analysis, concept development, budgeting, messaging to execution, review and reporting 

  • Liaise with external parties, coordinate with internal departments, and supervise vendors to ensure smooth running of events and projects 

  • Develop creative and compelling content for corporate, branding and marketing purposes 

  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Customer Service, or related disciplines 

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience; agency experience preferable

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Knowledge in Japanese preferred but not compulsory 

  • Good project and event management skills with proven ability to execute against tight deadlines 

  • A team player with positive mindset & good interpersonal skills 

  • Good command in MS Office applications, presentation software, Mailchimps, etc. 

  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends if necessary 

  • Occasional business trip is required when necessary

Assistant Manager-Internal Audit

Job Description

  • Assist to review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s internal control systems and operation procedures in compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Perform audit assignments according to audit plan with minimal supervision

  • Draft internal audit reports and provide recommendations to improve the company performance and effectiveness

  • Follow up and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations

  • Maintain effective working relationships with management and stakeholders

  • Handle ad hoc assignment when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

  • At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in sizable manufacturing environment or international CPA firm in internal audit, corporate compliance or related functions

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and conduct hands-on fieldwork

  • Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CIA) will be a definite advantage

  • Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin required

  • Flexible to adapt changing working environment and willing to travel (e.g. PRC) occasionally

Officer/Assistant Officer-Information Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT & PC support to company users

  • Assist in configuring PCs, maintaining servers and network equipment to ensure IT service stability

  • Assist to support system administration tasks, including user account management, software updates and security measures

  • Collaborate with team members on various IT projects, tasks and activities

  • Any other ad hoc assignments & duties as assigned by supervisors 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent certifications

  • Knowledge on computer hardware and MS Office applications

  • Proficiency in helpdesk, systems and network support

  • Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure platforms is an advantage

  • A good team player with strong responsibility and good problem-solving skills

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer

Officer/Assistant Officer-Marketing

Job Description

  • Assist to plan, develop and implement all marketing plans/programs/activities in relation to advertising, sales promotion, public relation, events and new product development of assigned products.

  • Liaise with internal and external interfaces in all stages of assigned product design and promotion in terms of product concepts, marketing literature designs, product launch programs, in-store demonstration, product model change and new product development process.

  • Assist to conduct market researches/analysis and collect/consolidate market information to capture any trends in consumer needs & buying habits, promotional channels.

  • Prepare promotional reports/proposals and products presentation for internal/external interfaces and analyze reports timely.

  • Assist in other marketing activities namely premium house sourcing, premium design follow up, sample delivery and company sponsorship.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Specification

  • Tertiary educated or above in Marketing or related subjects.

  • 1-3 years product marketing experience preferably in FMCG or food related industry. Experience in social media marketing and content marketing is an advantage.

  • Energetic, detail-minded and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Good presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Good team player with good communication skills.

  • Positive thinking, flexible, willing to learn and accept challenges.

  • Good command in both spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to prepare proposals and reports.

Assistant Officer/Assistant-Advertising

Job Description

  • Support Marketing and Public Relations teams to plan and execute both online and offline advertising campaigns and publicity for achieving business objectives and goals, including coordinate and manage with internal teams and agencies on strategies, proposals, creative, media plan, artwork, action plan and campaign execution.

  • Manage social media platforms and liaison with agencies, including social listening, content creation, schedule posts, monitor and response comments.

  • Coordinate and liaise with different departments and vendors for managing corporate website content, function, enhancement and maintenance.

  • Compile reports on the performance and effectiveness of advertising and event campaigns.

  • Support events coordination and logistic arrangement.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and liaison with various departments and agencies in a timely and professional manner.

Job Specification

  • Tertiary educated or above in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management or related subjects.

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising or PR fields, preferably in FMCG industry or NGO.

  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and website or hands-on execution experience of digital platforms (e.g. Facebook ad manager, Google analytics, etc.)

  • Interest in Japanese culture and ACG is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
