Customer Services Agent

Monthly salary HKD20,000-22,000

Requirements:

• 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including English

• HK permanent resident

• A minimum of 3 years aviation or airline experience

• Good ability to work professionally and service-minded

• Able to work on a shift pattern and overtime

• Able to work under pressure

• With Ramp or dispatch handling experience would be an advantage

• Excellent command of English and Chinese

• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Immediate availability is preferred
